The space

Property Description

This small resort, established in the 1940s, consist of 9 cottages on Lake Hamilton. Through the years the cottages have received many updates, however they still posses the charm of the past, while still being comfortable and clean.

The property right on the shores of Lake Hamilton, complete with a boat launch ramp and two covered boat docks, with a total of four boat slips. Whether you bring your own boat, or rent one locally from one of the marinas, you can have your boat close at hand.

The pebble stone beach and sunning area makes for a great place to play, or relax and enjoy the lake.

Edgewater Resort is conveniently located in Hot Springs, less than 15 minutes from most attractions like; Bathhouse Row, Oaklawn Race Casino, Garven Woodland Garden, Magic Springs Amusement Park, Mid-America Science Museum, Gangster Museum, Hiking Trails, Bicycling Trails, and of course fishing and all kinds of water activities, to list a few. Other things to note

PETS only permitted in indicated cottages: We only allow pets in some of our cottages and it will be noted on the cottage information if it is pet friendly. A $55 “per stay” fee is applied, with a maximum of (2) pets. The maximum allowable pet weight is 70 pounds. You MUST clean up after your pet. That includes properly disposing of all waste material. You must also maintain control of your pet at all times (leash law in effect), and pets must never be left unattended. Any complaints from other guest or management, regarding excessive noise or other nuisances may be cause for immediate termination of the use agreement and forfeiture of the guest’s remaining nights. The pet fee does not cover any damage by the pet(s). If soiling or damage to the cottage occurs, fees will be charged accordingly. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 penalty fee.
