Your covered boat slip is directly below your balcony and just steps away. Take advantage of a front row seat for the fireworks display from the condominium community pier. Inside, relax with flat screen Smart televisions and YoutubeTV streaming in the living room and both bedrooms. Free internet provided by the Property Owners Association. Master bedroom has balcony and lake view, bath has walk-in tiled shower. Queen sofa bed in living room for guests or kids. Condo has a great location and is in a gated community. Boat slip included with rental. A Communal Pool with Lounge chairs & Bar-B-Q grills for outdoor cooking. (NEW) 2 Pickleball Courts have just been added for your entertainment.

Great location and just about everything we needed. The view was just like the picture. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby and not a long drive to Hot Springs. We watched blue herons, turtles, ducks and other wildlife from the patio after a day of adventure in Hot Springs.We would stay again.

This really is the best lake view of any condo we’ve stayed at in Hot Springs! The place was roomy and comfortable. The balcony is larger than most, extending from the living room to the primary bedroom. It had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!

Omgoodness, this place was better than we expected. Starting with the hosts, the amazing view, decor, comfort, amenities and overall quality. We were 3 "older" women on a quick 2 night getaway from life. Enjoying the scenery, some shopping and the beautiful Garvan Gardens. We highly recommend this great place and will definitely be back and choosing to stay here again!

Perfect location for Hot Springs-close to restaurants, grocery, sightseeing and national park. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels. Loved the dual drip coffee pot/keurig. Plenty of amenities in kitchen. We did cook dinner a couple nights and had everything we needed. LOVED the balcony!!! The 4 of us were out there for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! Great view, comfortable chairs, loved watching the boaters and ducks!!Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us!!

Our favorite Vrbo to date! Condo was perfect. The tastefully decorated high quality furnishings were much appreciated! The bed was absolutely the most comfortable! Views of the lake beautiful as advertised. Rented a party barge at Kahuna next door and spent a lovely day on the water. Tasty eats downtown. Great golf at Hot Springs Village. Only drawback was the pool was really small, but in looking around at other properties they all seemed to be that way? Thank you to our hosts…really enjoyed our visit! :)

Great place to stay. Beautiful views. The condo had everything we needed. It was in a very quite area. I loved setting on the balcony watching the boats go bye. Had my coffee out there in the mornings. Very nice Condo inside as well. Would definitely stay there again.
