If you aren't paddling around on one of our 5 kayaks, paddleboard, or canoe, enjoy fishing, swimming, skiing, and boating in the spring, summer, and fall (**Lake Catherine is drawn down from mid-November to Mid-March so kayaks, paddleboard, and canoe are put away as well**). During the winter your entire family will enjoy sitting around the large rock fire pit making Smores while the kids enjoy playing on the sandy beach since the lake is drawn down for the winter. There is also horseracing, gambling, dining, and walks along Bathhouse Row in the Hot Springs Historic District within 12 miles of the property.
The large outside deck is 60 feet from the lake with 210 feet of lakefront access and a beautiful level carpet grass lawn.
The home on this gated 2-acre property sits off the road and is surrounded on both sides by thick rows of trees that offer plenty of privacy.
The extra large deck has a table/chairs and a gas grill. smoker (propane supplied) and plenty of room for your entire group.
Enjoy the evenings making smores or just relaxing around the large rock firepit with 9 Adirondack chairs and plenty of firewood (supplied).
The covered boat dock is available to house your boat or jet skis and the separate swim dock area is shallow enough for children to play safely.
