The co-hosts for this property (Madison & Cody) will be your primary point of contact throughout your stay and are happy to assist you with anything that you need. Ultimately, our level of interaction is completely on your terms but if you need us, we are just a text/email/phone call away. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have you as our guest! ☀ Pool is open from the beginning of March thru the end of October and is not heated. Hot tub is open year round.
☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning service that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

The house is amazing and huge! Bigger than pictures make it appear. Perfect location and so very accommodating for the 10 of us! Tons of room and everything was supplied for us to not stress about anything. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

House was located on a cove so the kids could swim and paddle without fear of power boats. Pool was a great asset. Large deck to hang out on. Plenty of room for the large family to hang out inside or outside the house.

Spring break trip

We had a wonderful time with friends and family.. well-maintained facility and great amenities.. Elevator is a great plus. View form the backyard is so scenic and a best relaxing place to spend the vacation.

Amazing Property

This property is exactly what is shown in the listing. It was amazing and super clean. The double fridge, dishwasher, ovens, etc was awesome for our large family of 19. We would definitely stay here again.

Lake life!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Property was excellent. Well stocked kitchen, ample towels, and comfy beds. Family area was super comfortable and accommodated our whole family. Loved sitting on the balcony with coffee. Pool and hot tub were great. Staff came out daily to test water. Boat dock was a great amenity as was the pier for access to lake swimming.

The Real was Real Pleased

My Girls' Trip Group are known as The Real. We had a great time on the property and the house was exactly as described. We had one problem while there, but Seth walked us through it and was out the next morning to help us navigate our check out experience. We were real pleased.

Just as advertised

The house as just as it appears in the photos. This worked perfect for our group as it had bathrooms for each bedroom so everyone had their privacy. We enjoyed the large and well stocked kitchen as well as comfortable outdoor seating. The house is not far off the main road compared to other lake properties I’ve stayed at which made going into town convenient.

Great stay!

The property was perfect for our group of 18. We had plenty of gathering space, plenty of beds, and the kitchen was amazing, with plenty of everything for our large group! The hot tub was a treat in the cold weather! The elevator was needed for our elderly family members that were with us, too. The check-in was seamless, the host was very helpful, efficient, and communicated clearly with us. Will definitely stay here again when our group next gathers in Hot Springs!

Large Family with ADA Needs

The property and house were absolutely amazing. We had a large group of 17, age range from 9 to 73, with one in a full motorized wheelchair. The house was very open and accessible for the wheelchair; porches, patios, etc. The elevator was a little tight for the large wheelchair but we were able to maneuver without incident. The house offered everyone enough room to have their own space but also plenty of gathering areas as well! As other reviews state..you don’t even want to leave the property since there is so much to enjoy there. We spent most of our time in the pool or floating around on the lake but if you wanted it was just a short trip into town. Highly recommend this property for your next gathering!

Fabulous Week

This house was unbelievably beautiful and decorated perfectly in a beach setting. The view was outstanding and sunsets were gorgeous. We all fell in love with the kitchen. Two refrigerators, two ovens, two microwaves and best of all—-two ice makers! We had our 4 grown and married kids and 10 grandchildren with us ranging from 3 months to 20—and every had enough space to chill out. Unfortunately, the weather was HOT all week long! We’re from St. Louis so we know hot weather!

"R" Family Vaca!

All of us enjoyed out stay here! We are a family of 20 - there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and sleep! The kitchen was great! Sooo much room - 2 of every appliance - including ice machines! It certainly worked for our large family! Outdoor pool/putting green and play area was wonderful too! Great place for a family vacation! Also - the view and sunsets were amazing!

Our family reunion

The house was everything we needed and more. We all had a wonderful time. We had 12 family members, plenty of room for all. From drinking my morning cup of coffee out on the extra wide porch while listening to the waterfall. So very relaxing to drinking a glass of wine watching the sunset. This home is a must go to again.
