Home is a coastal cottage style with striking blue and white colors. Main living area has soaring 20 ft. ceilings throughout. Kitchen is well furnished, granite countertops, and all the amenities. Intercom makes communication within the house easy. Colorful landscape and sprinkler system.

Large private pool plus large separate hot tub. Lots of outdoor seating on the balconies and around the pool. Boat dock is only steps away from the pool. Bring your boat and enjoy the lake!

Great host and super home for a family getaway. Super location on the lake with views, and close to Hot Springs NP/downtown. Plenty of room, fully stocked. Short term rentals can be hit or miss, but this is a good one!

Great place to stay!

We had a group of 11, my wife and myself, our 2 daughters and son in laws, and all our grandkids. Everyone was happy with their accommodations, there was room for everyone to find their own space. The house was well furnished and well stocked, in a good neighborhood, with plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. We spent a lot of time at the pool or sitting on the decks overlooking the water. The house is minutes away from anywhere in Hot Springs, and there is a lot to enjoy in the area. We would happily return to Hot Springs, and if we do we would prefer to stay in this house again.

The home was certainly large enough for our group of 10…families with children. The pool was great with extra pool toys in the closet. The home is an easy drive to most attractions and restaurants.

Family Vacation

Our house was amazing! Clean and plenty of room. We had 6 adults and 3 teenagers! Each family had their own floor. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Lots of bath towels and beach towels. Our host was wonderful and quick to answer if we had a question. Would definitely recommend this property and would rent again!

Granddaughter’s Wedding

Very spacious house that meet all our needs. Great deck over looking the lake. Would definitely recommend for families with children who love to swim as pool is large, sparkling and very well maintained. Owner was very responsive.

Great location!

This house was fantastically located away from the city on the lake but within minutes of the major roads and 10-ish mins from points of interest in the city. The house was spacious with plenty of room for 4 couples and 4 kids. The property owner was very considerate, responsive and easy to work with.

Great house with beautiful view

Pool was amazing had a great padded liner that I loved for the little kids. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Only criticism would be the lounge chairs were all broken so maybe time for replacements but didn’t impact enjoyment of the pool. Some furniture could use replacing like kitchen table but that’s about it. Very close to downtown Hot Springs!

We gather together every July 4th and this was one of our favorites. The owners where extremely attentive and responsive! Our only qualm was the 10am checkout but that is a VRBO thing.

Hot springs house

Everything was as expected except the bedroom shown in the photos with twin beds had a queen bed so we to make an adjustment for one of the girls. The house was in a great location overlooking the lake with a great pool at which we spent many hours. All in all I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a six bedroom house on a lake.

Awesome Stay

The house on the lake was the best location and we had a wonderful family gathering there. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and more. Very well stocked! Sitting on the porches drinking coffee watching the boats on the lake was so relaxing each morning. The family enjoyed the pool and hot tub which wasn't very hot but it is summer so it was OK. One day we rented a pontoon boat from the marins across the bridge which was so handy.

Wonderful Property

Our group of friends stayed at this beautiful property for the weekend. It had everything we needed and more. It was also located close to the heart of Hot Springs and allowed for us to explore and come back to a wonderful place to stay. The rental itself is very large and allowed for everyone to have room to maneuver. The view was terrific and there were a bunch of amenities. Daron (the Property owner) was very nice and helpful. We would definitely consider staying at this rental again.

Spacious comfy home on Lake Hamilton, close to Hot Springs NP

This rental was great for our week-long stay to visit Hot Springs NP with family members. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were very clean. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but a large, lovely main living room area to gather together. However it looked like the place hadn't been swept or vacuumed in a long time. And the kitchen table needed some repair. The ramp to the boat dock was falling apart but luckily we didn't bring a boat with us so it wasn't an issue. However we all felt the house itself was in a great location and was very comfortable and the "important" features were very clean so we agreed it deserves a 5-star rating. We used both the pool and hot tub and both were wonderful and clean. We would recommend this to others wanting to explore the area, and would stay here again despite the few "flaws".

Really big house with plenty of space. We had 5 couples and every room had its own bathroom. Kitchen area was very spacious. We had a boat so the dock was very convenient. The view from all levels was exceptional. All and all a very nice house and location.
