"The hotel is very nice and located near the train station, which is very convenient. It is also within walking distance of the Guinness storehouse. We did not eat in the restaurant, but the food smelled amazing. I did have one snag as I double booked a room for the first night, but the reservation manager refunded me my money providing excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again."

I’m glad the Zanzibar hotel wasn’t to my liking which forced me to go elsewhere: the Hilton in Kilmainham was wonderful and a better location for pets. Within a ten minute walk, The Zanzibar only had small patches of ground around the base of the trees across the street for visiting pets to do their business. "The location was ideal. This hotel is tucked away on a side street and a short walk to the action. We had an issue with the room,a weird configuration where it was slanted at one corner making it feel cramped. The hotel was responsive to our concerns and handled things in a very professional manner. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the decor was modern. "

Monica welcomed us and was so so kind and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, safe and overall content with the experience there. Travelling 3 girls alone was made much less nerve wracking with Monica around! The room was clean and exactly what we anticipated. Laundry room is very clean and the entire hotel is very well maintained. Would 100% recommend!"

"Property located walking distance to st Stephen’s, grafton st, temple bar (but not too close), Guinness factory (we took taxi to make our time but fine to walk back). Staff very pleasant and helpful. Only had coffee to go in restaurant but that was convenient."
