"The nicest Novotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. Nicely manicured outdoor courtyard with seating and tables. Parking can be a bit tight when the hotel is busy. As the hotel is not newly built some amenities like USB charging ports or a smart TV are missing. Sth Metro station right next to hotel makes travelling to downtown fast and convenient. Į"

"Rooms are really nice, the lady who checked me in, was quite rude as i was parked outside in space 1 marked for Ramada, i checked in and paid for secure parking, but was told to move immediately and leave my bags etc at the counter, she stated to park in the space behind reception, which I did as I have parked there previously. To be then told i parked in the wrong spot !! She failed to give clear instructions"

Previous peoples rubbish still there plus no clean towels or kitchen cloths. Bedside lamp had no shade and a broken off prong on the plug. Kitchen chairs where fillfy dirty as where the bed covers. Cupboards musty. Toilet paper in the carpark and up the tree. No other roomso offered to clean . Noway could a clean...
