"This Boutique Hotel is for you if you think you would enjoy the feeling of staying at a wealthy friends villa just outside the busy beachside area of Nice! I don't know if Son the man who greeted us at the front desk was the owner but you certainly can tell he loves the property like it was his own. He was an amazing host and gave amazing directions, hand written by him on a walking map after he asked us what we would like to do on our stay. No person at any of the other hotel we stayed in on...

"I have such mixed feelings about this hotel. On one hand it’s gorgeous and unquestionably a must stay at least once. Gorgeous. Magnificent. Beautiful. Some Staff (in particular when we checked in on July 29th) is phenomenal and very professional as well as in the Chantecler Restaurant as well as hotel bar on the premises with all around staff completely superb… Want to single out Ricardo for creating nothing short of a special experience for anyone who walks into the restaurant! But front desk...

"Last minute booking due to flight cancellation, but we got lucky with a nice clean, large room (by European standards) with a balcony with a wonderful view if promenade and sea! Very comfortable bed! Slept great! "

"This hotel was absolutely amazing and will always return here. The room was actually quite large for France and the A/C was lovely for the heat we had. The breakfast in the morning was AMAZING. The staff were always so helpful and it just felt like a really safe space to be in. Just incredible for the price as well and so close to everything."

"Have stayed here a few times , and will definitely return if I find myself in Nice again! The staff is so very helpful, kind, and attentive. Lovely grounds , comfortable seating to enjoy the breakfest buffet, or a cocktail. Easy walking distance to the Mediterranean, promenade, marina, Castle Hill, known as ``La Colline du Château'' for most photographed view of Nice. If you can spare the extra dollars, get a room with a garden view. "

"Location was amazing! You’re in the city but three blocks away from the beach. There’s lots of food options. Staff were super kind, helpful, and accommodating. Room was clean and felt safe. Highly recommend this place. "

"We got the family room, which is 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms. This was great for us since we were traveling with our 2 kids. In addition to this, the location is very convenient, close to the train and walkable to most attractions. The staff was very nice too."
