"With 3 of us in the room, we needed 3 keys, Most of the time only 1 key would work. Every time we wanted in the room, we had to go to the front desk, ring the bell, wait for someone to come out to re-program each card. The desk attendent acted like it was our fault the keys quit working! Had to ask ..."

Not knowing how hilly Atchison was, the only suggestion would have been a note to prepare us for a large climb up the hill from the bottom entrance.
