  • Near Horslunde on North Holland lies this former manor house, which was extensively renovated in 2018.



    The house is situated on a large plot in a beautiful setting. Large kitchen with double stove, oven, refrigerator udn wine fridge. Cozy dining area connected to the kitchen. Several living rooms, fireplace room, billiard room and dining room. Conservatory with exit to the large terrace where you can enjoy the view of the park. Several toilets and bathrooms. All rooms are on the 1st floor and are equipped with comfortable beds. The whole house is kept in the original style and invites you to relax.



    Lolland offers beautiful nature and many experiences. Visit Knuthenborg Safari Park or Lalandia Aquadome. Go shopping in Nakskov or sail the Nakskov Fjord with the mail boat. The house is well suited for a large family as well as corporate events. Very fast fiber optic network in the house. There is a wilderness pool in the garden where you can enjoy the starry sky and warm water. Before arrival, please contact the local service team who will greet guests and will also be contacted before departure.

    Upon arrival the following items are available: Spiegelau wine glasses, dish towels, rags, dishwasher abs, hand soap and free firewood for the wilderness bath.

Great Trip Until Check Out

The home was everything we expected it to be. It was rustic, but very charming and met all of our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Denmark and our stay at this home, until it was time to check out. Upon departure, the owner insisted we meet with him on site to review our utilities fees and square up. Well, when he got to the home and finished checking our usage, he handed us a bill for around eight hundred dollars and insisted we pay in cash. I guess part of that was the remaining charges that needed to be settled for the VRBO rental, which I had assumed were already charged to my card. Since I didn't have that much money in cash, I pleaded and asked that he take a card or payment through an app, but he said he would only take cash. At this point we were on a tight schedule, and the closest bank was in Nakskov, so I asked him where we could get that kind of cash in a short time frame. He told me we could do a wire transfer at the store just a couple minutes from the VRBO, so off we went. When I got to the store, they had no clue what I was talking about, but ended up charging me around $800 for a pack of gum, and gave me the cash back. We returned to the home, settled up with the owner, and were off to Copenhagen for the last leg of our trip in Denmark. Now, 7 months later, I get a collection notice from them saying we never paid for our initial deposit on the home. I'm apparently out of characters, but my point is, shouldn't this have been handled differently VRBO?

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in einem fantastisch schönen Landhaus

Das Ferienhaus, ein top sanierter Gutshof von 1912 mit einem parkähnlichen riesigen Garten und wunderschönen alten Bäumen, hat ein großzügiges Platzangebot, ist sehr stilsicher eingerichtet und top ausgestattet, war super sauber und der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich, hilfbereit und diskret.

Silvesterurlaub 2019/2020

Sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Mehrere riesige Aufenthaltszimmer und eine sehr große Küche. Uns hat es sehr sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Gerne wieder !

Fantastisches Landgut mit viel Platz

Hier bleibt kaum ein Wunsch offen. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit viel Liebe und Geschmack restauriert, ein riesiger Garten inmitten einer herrlichen Landschaft. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit.
