The strong combination of carpet freshener, cigarette smoke, and weed smoke made the room smell worse rather than better. Before checking in, Kevin from the front desk called my fiancé to confirm our arrival and even allowed him to choose between available rooms. Unfortunately, the room he selected still had ashes on the floor and carpeting that clearly needed...

"We had a great stay at Comfort Suites! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and our room was clean and well maintained. Everything was convenient and made our trip that much more enjoyable. We had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Location to Graceland was the best part of our stay here. The room was small for handicap accessible and with four people it was tight. The beds were so high it made it hard to get in and out of. The bathroom was a nice size but it had no counter space at all. We had to move the desk chair in to put our stuff on it. The shower had a crack in the floor, but was ok. The staff was hard to find, but friendly when you did. Overall it served its purpose."

"Odd shaped room but good sized, there was a space that must have been used in past for something but I can’t imagine what! I liked the amenities-they were actual bottles of shampoo, etc. Bed pillows were terrible, they were simply throw pillow sized hardish blobs. My biggest complaint was the carpet. Most of the time I wear flip flops but occasionally I make a few steps barefoot. When I stepped into the shower I left BLACK footprints, totally disgusting. Carpet needs shampooing in the worst...

"This property is quite run down, but I could tell the flooring was new in my room and there were roofers doing a replacement while I was there, so I know the owners are putting money into improving the situation. This motel has something others in the area don't - it's not sitting right next to I40, which means you can actually get to sleep because you aren't hearing road noise. My room smelled like a pipe smoker had lived in it for 20 years, which wasn't great, but the bed was super...
