The house offers 2 bedrooms accommodating 4 guests, as well as a cosy alcove with space for one additional child. You can enjoy the sun all day on the terraces surrounding the house, and after a day at the beach, rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.



Directly opposite the house, you will find a large open green area with a playground and football goals – perfect for children to play freely.



Just 150 metres away lies a peaceful sandy beach, accessible only to residents of the area. The beach also features two new bathing piers built in 2024, enhancing the seaside experience even further.



The house is insulated for year-round use and equipped with a heat pump. There is underfloor heating throughout the property as well as additional radiators in every room, making it ideal for rental all year round. The bright kitchen and living area offers stunning water views, and on cooler evenings you can relax in front of the wood-burning stove.



On rainy days, unwind on the sofa with the Smart TV and ultra-fast fibre internet.



The property also includes an 11 kW charger for electric vehicles. Please remember to bring your own TYPE 2 cable.



We recommend visiting the harbour town of Juelsminde, just a 10-minute drive away, offering a charming marina with restaurants, an ice cream kiosk, mini golf and much more. Throughout the summer, Juelsminde hosts various activities and dining options.



Experience the new Nature Playground in Juelsminde, featuring 8-metre-high play towers along Odelsbjerget, numerous play facilities and 2 new padel tennis courts – providing hours of fun and challenges.



For a day trip, visit the charming island of Hjarnø, accessible by ferry from Snaptun. If you prefer city life, Horsens is only about 20 minutes away and offers shopping, restaurants and attractions such as the Prison Museum.
