An Inspirational View....

Welcome to our home in Etowah, NC where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise with a warm cup of coffee or sunsets with a glass of wine from our rockers on the front porch overlooking the Etowah Valley Golf Course and beautiful mountain range views. From our porch you can also enjoy white squirrels, a variety of birds and deer having a snack amongst the rhododendron.

We are located just minutes from downtown Hendersonville and Brevard, NC and Asheville is a short 30 minutes away.

Our home offers you a main floor with a master suite with a king-size bed and private bath with a walk-in shower and TV. You also have a beautiful kitchen with granite counters, large eating area, and living area with a large flat screen TV, and gas fireplace, Wifi available. A half-bath is located just off the kitchen. Our second floor offers you three bedrooms and one full bath. One bedroom is furnished with twin beds while the other two have queen size beds. Beautiful hardwood floors can be found on the main floor with soft carpet on the second floor. Our lower porch has a gas grill for those who like to grill while they have a beautiful view. Your kitchen is furnished. Available also are small appliances--toaster, single pod coffee maker, regular coffee maker, high efficiency washer and dryer. Starter packages of paper products will be provided—toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, and trash bags. Towels and linens are provided. The house is first floor wheelchair accessible. Four-wheel drive vehicles are not required to access our home. For those of you that enjoy eating outdoors, there is a table and chairs for use on the upper porch.

Available just a couple of minutes away are a grocery store, gas stations, bank, pharmacy, post office, medical services, and several restaurants (Pizza, Mexican, Bar-B-Que, and Family Style Cooking).

There are many exciting activities that you can participate in while in the area. If you love the outdoors, you can hike or bike in the Pisgah National Forest, DuPont State Forest, or the Holmes State Forest or try tubing in the Davidson River. If golfing is your area of interest, try the Etowah Valley Golf Club or a host of many more courses. If cultural activities are your interest, try the Flat Rock Playhouse, Brevard Music Center, Carl Sandburg House, and the Biltmore House. Visit the NC Arboretum for those of you that enjoy plants and gardens. There are also many fine restaurants and breweries in the area. A tour of the Sierra Nevada’s brewery is available seven days a week.

For those of you that enjoy shopping, walk the main streets of Brevard and Hendersonville. You will find numerous boutiques and interesting gift shops. If you are looking for bargains, the Biltmore Outlet mall is the place to visit.

The perfect weekend golf getaway at Etowah Valley Golf Club. Convenient to the Golf Club, Sierra Nevada, Ingles, and Blue Ridge Pizza. The sunrises were breathtaking from the back porch each morning. The perfect place for coffee with friends or family.

The cabin was very quiet, peaceful, clean, and comfortable. The view was also a nice bonus. Our host communicated very well and everything was perfect. I couldn’t recommend “Inspirational View” more.

It was absolutely perfect! We spent a majority of our time on the back deck overlooking trees. It has an awesome treehouse vibe. It was clean and cozy. Its 15 minutes away from sierra nevada brewing company that the owners suggested and it did not disappoint! The beers were delicious and the food was even better. Already planning a trip for next year.

Beautiful Mountain View spot - great for families

We really enjoyed our stay in Horse Shoe. The driveway is super fun to traverse because you are very much on the higher end elevation wise but the views are so worth it. Great amenities like an air fryer, lots of cooking tools, full sets of dishes and glassware and 2.5 bathrooms which was great for our group. We would definitely come back here.

Porch with a view

Our group enjoyed morning and evening, time out on the back porch, taking in the beautiful view with each sunrise and sunset. The house was well equipped and the kitchen dining area were spacious. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We would recommend staying at this house to anyone.

Beautiful house with great views

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The house is only 25 minutes away from Moonshine Mountain snow tubing which was lots of fun for our kids and the adults. Sierra Nevada brewery is also close by (about 15 minutes) and we enjoyed the back patio there. We really enjoyed our stay!

Upon arrival, we were immediately in awe of the view from the front porch of this immaculate property. The home was very clean and nicely appointed with plenty of space. All of the comforts of home, while away from home. This is a great place. You will not be disappointed.

Cozy cabin with great hosts!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and cozy. The views were gorgeous and Brad is a great host. He was very approachable and responded quickly to questions. He even provided restaurant recommendations as well as feedback on the different apple orchards. We were there to go apple picking. The house is stocked with items that made our stay more comfortable such as extra towels and blankets. There was even a pack and play, we had our own with us but it was nice that the option was there. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Saved our Family vacation!!!

We booked this property last minute after checking into another property that was NOT as advertised, to say the least! This owner was quick to reply to our inquiry. I can not express the relief we felt when we walked into this house. Cleary the owner takes great pride in this home. It was everything we were expecting AND MORE on our vacation to the Pisgah area. The kitchen/dining room was a perfect center focus of the house just like home. We had room for prep, dinner, chatting, AND games! All the bedrooms were super comfortable making all three of our teenagers very happy. The view off the top back porch was beautiful. We were close to all the desired spots! Highly recommend these extras: Bald Rock Heritage Preserve in Greenville County, SC (only 40min drive) for sunrise and Jump Off rock in Laurel Park, NC (20min drive) for sunset!!! This property was perfect and saved our family vacation! Many thanks!

Girl cousins retreat

The minute we drove up to the house we loved it. The scenery and the porch with the rocking chairs, could not be better. The house was very clean and had everything you would want. We stayed for 3 nights but wished we could stay longer. Also getting around to what ever you wanted to do was within 30 minutes. Would stay again. Wonderful host.

Beautiful home and view

We had a lovely stay at this conveniently located home. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the mountain view from the balcony. Overall it is a very clean house. The master shower had a little trouble draining. It would be nice if there were some liners for the wastebaskets in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.
