"The Inn was lovely and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The owners were warm and welcoming when we arrived and delightful to chat with. There was fresh fruit and yogurt for breakfast in addition to baked goods and other freshly prepared options once we were seated. Five inches of snow fell the first evening enhancing beautiful scenery viewed from the dining room. We definitely plan on returning!"

"The breakfast was amazing.The front desk staff were amazing, and gave us the extra pillows we requested. The the housekeeping staff was surley and refused to clean our room when asked. The bed was okay not super comfortable but not super uncomfortable either. The worst thing was that they have no water pressure in the shower, like zero."

We had one issue during our stay that was out of anyone’s control really, but the manager quickly took action and moved us to another room, which was even better than our original room and gave us breakfast vouchers for the remainder of our stay. We would have been okay without the vouchers as we were already happy with the room change but it was a nice touch and we greatly appreciated it."

"I booked a junior suite for us in February for a stay in May. When we arrived, they told us that they had overbooked and there was not a room available for us. I would suggest avoiding this hotel unless you want your reservation canceled for no reason."

"Nice new hotel in Concord, NH. Bed was a bit hard, the room was large, real nice shower. View of nothing. I would consider staying here again."

"Exceeded my expectations. Great value for my money. Room was spacious, very clean, smelled nice. Unfortunately, the bed was hard for me, also felt it was noisy with hallway noise and highway traffic. But I would definitely stay again."

"They overbooked the hotel and gave my sisters room away for her second day. Her room also had water damage over the bed. She was told just to pull the bed out if it started leaking. Our room smelled of mildew when we entered with condensation on the inside of the window. The tv would randomly turn itself off or the channels wouldn’t come on. For breakfast it wasn’t very good either, not having everything it stated it would have. I had to get my own plates and bowls out the cabinet when they ran...

"There was an AC in the window so the cold air was coming in all night. The noise from the busy main road was very loud. The place in general was very outdated and run down. The couch was ripped with stuffing coming. Carpeting was stained. Walls were dirty. Furniture was broken. The building sits on a nice large piece of property, so there’s potential to be a really great place if torn down and started over. "
