My stay was alright, but the building was tired and dingy. Small things added up, like the baseboards coming off, tub not draining, and the elevators being in poor condition. For a name like the Clarion, I would figure they had a reputation to maintain.

The advertisement on line was incorrect. They listed a pool, a restaurant and free breakfast which there were none of the above. The room was damp, the hair dryer didn't work, the TV didn't work, the toilet paper holder was coming out of the cabinet. There were people banging on doors and fighting in the hall at all hours of the night. Someone was smoking marijuana on the 4th floor. Will never stay there or recommend it to anyone. Tried to cancel one night but they said I couldn't because it was booked on line.

Hallway rug filthy, musty smell. Could also smell cigarette smoke. Ants in the room. Shower handle fell off. Breakfast poor. Display cases empty. Available dry cereal and waffles. One orange, coffee. No bread or bagels, no coffee creamy.

Clean room, accommodating, friendly desk clerk. Perfect for our one night passing through town. Cheaper than all others for a reason. No amenities, no pool, bar, vending or ice machines. Hotel has good bones but needs to be renovated.

The lobby & parking lot were not well kept amd the elevator wall full of nail/screw holes. I checked in at 8:30 PM, and when I got to my room, there was a pile of dirty sheets in the hall right beside my door. I opened the door with a key card, and there was a suitcase or some other kind of case sitting inside my room. When I got back to the lobby, a man with a hoodie who smelled of marijuana was talking with the clerk. I handed the key card back and left, though the surprised clerk offered another room

Horrible service, gave our rooms away at 4pm without calling even though we paid ahead. People “live” there and have domestic altercations all night. The maintenance man assaulted a guest. Parking was horrible, we had to walk from the gas station. The first room we got already had a guest in it and we walked in on them. Management tried to give me but one get one free beer at the bar for a good review. BIG NOT AGAIN
