"I booked this hotel for one reason: my hot water heater broke and I desperately needed a hot shower. Instead, I checked into what felt like a CDC quarantine zone. Room #1 had literal blood on the bathroom wall and a shower drain that backed up so badly I was standing ankle-deep in murky water questioning my life choices. So, I went back to the front desk. Room #2 was supposedly “non-smoking,” yet smelled like someone had chain-smoked Newports in it for the last decade while frying roadkill....

"It was a very clean, new property. I didn't use the laundry or the fitness center, but they looked clean, too. The kitchen in the suite was very clean and well-equipped."

"This hotel is under construction. We had not idea. Loud power tool noises until 5pm on Saturday. The entire lobby is blocked off. Starbucks and restaurant closed. After we reserved the room they sent a notice that the pool was under construction. This was totally misleading as it’s a much bigger full lobby renovation. The hotel said it was stated in the website and there is no mention of construction on the website. The room was also dated, with chopped paint and water damage. How is this a...
