Then check out this remodeled and comfortable condo with city views and a partial ocean view suite in the family-friendly Waikiki Banyan, located only one block away from some of the most famous waves in the entire world! This beautifully decorated condo on the 7th floor gives you the cozy home feeling for your perfect vacation.
For your convenience and comfort, this air-conditioned unit has an open floor plan and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a dining countertop for up to four people. The bedroom has a king-size bed, while the living room area sports a pullout queen-size sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. To top it all off, the condo features a full bathroom with a walk-in shower as well.
All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities, which are located on each floor and are coin-operated. Wireless high-speed internet and parking are both free with this unit!
And as if all that wasn’t enough, the huge recreation deck on the sixth floor of the Waikiki Banyan offers a large pool, jet spa, sauna, gas BBQ, and children's playground. This unit truly has it all, and we’d love to have you come and stay with us on your next Hawai’i excursion.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We’ve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you’d like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them upon request!
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CLEAN, COMFY, CONVENIENT
As one enters the unit, the first thing noticed was simply how clean and sufficiently appointed for a modernized vacation home-away-from-home. The unit is well maintained with walls free of any scuff marks from luggage movements you find in many short-term rentals. Bathroom is clean and airy with basin and shower free of any mold residue. Toilet seat bidet was a plus! Bedroom bed was firm and comfortable; sofa sleeper tad on the softer side and dips in the middle at the fold (solution: sleep sideways). Kitchen well stocked with appliances and plenty of tableware. Microwave and stove-top extremely clean with no evidence of burn or overspill marks. For beach days, appreciate the cooler, beach chairs and umbrella stored outside on lanai (suggestion: would have been nice to have a 3rd beach chair for our triple occupancy). Plenty of electrical outlets in unit for three occupants’ electronics.Location of condo unit building is ideal: towards the end of Kuhio Ave giving you a break from busy Waikiki thoroughfares; yet only 1-2 blocks away from beach and plenty of quality dining places (at different price points) on Kuhio and Kalakaua Aves. Since October 2024, a brand new multi-floor Target is just a short 10 minutes walk from condo for anything one may have forgotten to pack. The Bus stop is just down the block for public transit days and access to H-1 (freeway) is just up around next block on Kapahula Ave for a quick get-away without having to deal with Waikiki traffic.

Nice updated unit
This is a very nice updated unit with special care put into the bathroom. It had everything we wanted for our stay. Being one story above the deck, we were worried about noise from the deck, but it was not a problem. Our only complaint would be the kitchenware looks like it came from grandma’s house.

Week at the beach
Nicely remodeled condo with a heated pool and hot tub. Easy walking distance to the beach and whatever you needed. The bedroom closed off with sliding doors so the baby could sleep while the rest of us hung out in the living room. We enjoyed our stay!

Unique
I say unique because the place is beautiful and we were initially impressed. Unfortunately and completely out of control of the owner/manager, there was a swarm of small flying bugs that came in and made the unit not a good place to stay. The manager communicated with us late on a Saturday night and got us into another very comparable unit that night. Because it would take a couple days to take care of we ended up staying the entire week in another even nicer (hard to imagine) unit. The management was constantly concerned and made sure our stay was perfect in the other unit. Highly recommended

Waikiki Banyan visit
First, communication with the property managers was superb. The kitchen was modern and enabled us to make our own meals in a city that is very expensive when eating out. The unit is on the 7th floor which means we didn't get the ocean views of the 34th floor so if that is important to you, I would suggest being a bit higher in the building. Having laundry on every floor was terrific. We would certainly come here again.

Clean and convenient!
Great place to stay, the room was clean and updated. It was easy to access and convenient to beach, stores, shopping, food etc. Would stay here again for sure!

Just as described online
Honestly, I really have nothing bad to say about this property other than the elevators they seem a little sketchy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I really like that they had laundry on every floor.

Beautiful unit, excellent location.
The property is in an excellent location. You can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
The unit comes with a parking garage. Very convenient.
We would look for this property in our next visit.
