Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building in effect. Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 3) will be restricted from approximately April 2026, to June 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also be aware that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

The Ilikai Hotel located at 1777 Ala Moana Blvd, 18th Floor.

ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Beach chairs, Boogie board & Cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room.

Has all you need

This room has all the necessities for your stay. We chose the room because it had two actual beds in the one room. The beach chairs, mat, and cooler were all really helpful to have. The A/C did keep the room cool, although when the Sun was hitting the windows, you could tell it was struggling a bit to keep the temperature. Also, the windows’ curtains did not block the entirety of the windows. Even fully spaced out, there’s about 4-6 feet of the windows that are uncovered; having littles, this meant when the Sun was up, we were up. We would stay here again, but possibly plan to bring something from home to cover the windows a little more.

5 star location

My adult daughter and I stayed here for 10 nights. It is the perfect location within walking distance to everything. The unit is clean and has everything you need. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed the Ala Moana Mall and Park. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was fantastic and the view facing west was amazing! Loved every minute of it and would stay here again for sure!

Great Spot for our little family

The unit was very clean and came with a broom to help maintain our 1 week stay. There were plenty of towels and a coffee pot! A great little kitchen for cooking and the view was amazing. Great spot for our 4 person family.

Bed bugs!

There was bed bugs in both beds. Suffered bites on our legs and ankles. Didnt know what it was at first. Never experienced bed bugs. I called the property manager four times and left two detailed messages. They never called back. Also stove top and a broken burner.

Illikai stay

It was a bit smaller than expected but definitely suited its purpose. We were all comfortable and loved the two shower heads. We did not use the stove because the stovetop was so cracked and we weren’t sure if it’d work. When we had questions or issues, the owners answered right away. Which was very nice. I would stay there again. The location was perfect. And the view, awesome! My husband and I woke up every morning to watch the sun rise from the beach. For my first Hawaii visit, it was almost perfect!!!
