This is an excellent property and we enjoyed it very much (two people). The views from all sides are amazing. The ability to open windows for cross ventilation truly adds to the experience.

This property is as advertised.....the location is perfectly positioned for convenience to dining and shopping as well being a quiet area away from the business of Waikiki. Excellent for those guest that want a morning run. Also, no need to rent a vehicle public transportation is steps away. Jan is a wonderful host with lots of insight of the area. We loved our stay.

Host was very responsive and provided a list of things to do while on the island, as well as beach equipment. We love the location. Walking distance to Waikiki and far enough away from the crowds to feel private. Great view of Diamond Head and the ocean from the front balcony.

Jan is an amazing host and made our stay so seamless! Communication was easy and she was just a text away if we had a question. She also gave us several suggestions for restaurants while we were there as well as having detailed instructions and items on hand in the penthouse for us to use during our stay. The view from the penthouse is amazing and the penthouse is in the perfect location. You can see Diamond Head from one view and the ocean from the other. We walked to Waikīkī daily, but were out of the hustle and bustle of it all during our stay, which made it even better. The patio was the perfect spot to unwind during the day or at the end of a long productive day. Love the beach access from the steps along the rock wall as well. Just perfect. Would most certainly stay here again!!

We loved the location. Close enough to walk into town but far enough away to not be IN the action. Communication was terrific and all went really smoothly.

Immaculate efficiency at the beautiful far end of Waikiki, stunning views of Diamond Head, Kapiolani Park, and the ocean, far from the crowds and noise of central Waikiki. The condo does not face the ocean directly -- it's a few units back -- but you can view the ocean from both sides. Keurig coffee, blender, toaster, microwave, fryer, fridge, laundry soap, everything I needed. The queen bed is comfortably firm, just right. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel sets, boogie boards, and cooler were available to borrow in the storage unit. I had morning coffee in the courtyard facing the ocean, and took the stairs down the seawall to swim -- sand and reef accessible a few yards from the building. It's a short walk to Kamaaina Beach. I parked for free the entire time -- from 6 p.m. to 10 a.m. right across the street at metered spots on Kalakaua Avenue, and at other times on Paki Avenue, a short walk across the park. Host Jan is delightful -- personable, responsive, and helpful.

Everything was just fine for a short stay in this small but perfectly equipped penthouse. Very quiet, incredible view, high quality of furniture, super Keurig coffeemaker and very well supplied cupboards and pharmacy. Handy laundry machines in the basement. The owner was very kind, perfect communication. Location is just far enough from Waikiki downtown to enjoy a peaceful environment. Overall a great experience!

This is a little gem. It is little so be aware, but has everything you need except a lot of space! Bathroom/Kitchen shares a sink. Location is at the quiet end of Waikiki. Views are great. And wall mirror reflects ocean graciously. Host is great. Very easy. Well stocked and plenty of beach stuff. Large comfortable bed. Great trade winds. No balcony per se but nice common area to sit outside at sunset. Would definitely stay again!

Incredible views of the ocean, park, Diamond Head, and the city. I spent many a morning and evening staring out of the window. LOVED opening the windows and feeling the wind. It was beautiful. Property has a direct path to the ocean but is also very close to Sandy beaches. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, but uber/lyft was also very affordable. Jan was incredibly kind and very communicative. We loved staying here. Thank you!

Great location and wonderful host!

Everything we needed to enjoy the Kaimana Beach area was a walk away. The condo is well stocked and clean and our host was responsive, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend this location!
