About our Renovated Condo



Check out this renovated boutique style condo suite in the family-friendly Waikiki Banyan Tower 1. Situated only a block away from one of the most-famous beaches in the entire world! This unit on the 11th floor gives you a beautiful partial ocean and city views…



For your convenience and comfort we have a window unit AC in the living room, and a portable unit in the bedroom to efficiently cool the entire unit. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has two queen-size beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a large smart flat-screen TV in the living room as well.



All linens, towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities, which are located on each floor and are coin-operated. Wireless high-speed internet and parking are both complimentary.



The building boasts a large recreation deck on the sixth floor. There is a large pool, jet spa, children's playground on the recreation deck.

HOW TO GET HERE:

From Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 20-25 minutes’ ride. Prices are around $35-$40 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.



Guest Access:

Guest has access to all amenities of the building except the front desk services.
