    Ubicada en el quinto piso, esta unidad de alquiler de vacaciones de propiedad privada se encuentra justo en la entrada de Waikiki. Ubicación perfecta a poca distancia a pie del Centro de Convenciones de Honolulu, el centro comercial Ala Moana, recientemente ampliado, y las tiendas y playas de la franja de Waikiki. Este lugar te da lo mejor de todos los mundos.

    Recomendado para familias que viajan con niños o parejas que viajan juntas. Hay una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal y una cama de tamaño completo y dos camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio. ¿Necesitas aún más espacio? El salón tiene un sofá cama para alojar a 7 personas.

    ¡Ahorra un poco de dinero comiendo! La cocina está totalmente equipada con ollas y sartenes para que pueda disfrutar de una comida casera. ¿Prefieres comer fuera? Disfrute de la gran variedad de comida y restaurantes a poca distancia de la unidad. The host communicated very well and left detailed instructions about how to get in, parking etc. We purchased the nightly garage parking which was good, and also a bit challenging with two kids and lots of things! Having to cross the street and go into the elevator, park on the 5th floor added 10 minutes to every trip. That’s city living though! So not much can be done about it just an FYI for future guests. Also the AC in every room is nice, though quite loud. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We chose this particular property for price and number of beds. We two grown sons and didn't want them to have to share a hideaway bed. For the most part, the kitchen was stocked with enough utensils. Could use some more forks and a few more drinking glasses. The sliding door to the balcony is difficult to open. The living room only has the one futon to relax on. It could use a love seat or a recliner. Overall though, we weren't disappointed with the place.

It was great value for the money. The building is old but the rooms/bathroom and kitchen were clean. We cooked few times and kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking and dining.

Very convenient place to stay. Close to food, shops & beach. Great kitchen to cook meals and laundry close to room. Two rooms worked well. Value for money.

To start, the host did an amazing job in making our arrival as smooth as possible. Traveling somewhere new is always a lot and having clear directions was very much appreciated. The condo looks just the way you see on here. Clean, bright, comfy, and had everything we needed. My only complaint is the time limit of 7am-10pm for laundry use but that is a building rule not our host.

Location was good for our group of 3 adults and 1 child. Overall the condo was clean, easily accessible and within walking distance to Waikīkī. Shops were nearby for extras that were needed. The patio door needs some lubrication as it is very hard to open.

The location was fantastic—very convenient and within walking distance to everything we needed, which made our trip so much easier. The room itself was a bit dated since it’s an older building, which wasn’t very clear from the photos. Also, the door to the patio was very difficult to close—you had to slam it several times to get it shut properly. Overall, the place served its purpose for our stay, and the location really made up for the downsides.

The unit was clean, but I was disappointed with the unit itself. We had family staying in three other units in the building and ours by far was the most outdated. The towels smelled very mildewy and had to be washed out first day there. The kitchen had some supplies, but could have been better. It just felt very low effort. The sliding door did not close all the way and it did not help with keeping the unit cool. Our parking unit was across the street in another building and it was a 10 to 15 minute ordeal to get it each time which was inconvenient. The unit was clean and the host was super responsive, but we wouldn’t stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay and worked well for our family. Clean, but could use a deep clean and a little refresh on some things that are becoming dated. Only one hand towel and one dish towel were provided. Recommend a hand towel per person and at least 2 dish towels, especially for over a week stay. There were plenty of bath and beach towels and wash cloths. Be ready to muscle the sliding glass door. Building is on the corner of 2 busy streets so there is much city noise…we were not bothered by it. Building is dated and street area was a little sketchy, but again we were not bothered by it. My 17 & 19 year old walked around from there every night without worry. Price was right and we would stay again.

Waikiki trip with kids

Location was great. Super close to everything. We were able to park for free on the other side of the canal on a side street. Kitchen was newly remodeled. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom ceiling needs to be replaced and the drawer handles in the bathroom were broken, which made it hard to open. Perfect second bedroom for kids. I felt it was a good deal for the price.

Wonderful Family stay in honolulu.

The property was well equipped for our family and walking distance to all of waikiki, convention center and Ala Moana center. Laundry was easy to use and helpful to keep the beach towels clean. And they gave us plenty of towels. : ) We were able to cook, wifi worked well. Everything was great. Mahalo!!

Quiet and well appointed.

Nice little property. Clean and simple. Perfect size for four people. We were adults. The walk to the beach was not bad. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was good. Shopping close. Don’t bother to rent a car. Public transportation and Uber was great. 1bathroom a little challenging but we knew that going in.

Central, simple and affordable

This is a perfectly reasonable and affordable place to stay, it's a 15-20 min walk from the beach and reasonably close to most amenities, 7-eleven, food trucks etc.. The area around the building is a bit sus but I never felt unsafe, it was just sad to see families camping in tents nearby.Although it was entirely my fault for not realising that check in was 4pm, I do feel that 4pm is very late especially when check out is 11am. Having arrived in HNL in the morning this meant waiting for several hours with our luggage until the agent kindly gave us early access around 3pm.All in all I'm grateful for the stay, it was comfortable, easy to get in and out of and inexpensive compared to nearby hotels.

The space in the property accommodated us well but there was bugs, the carpet was dirty we had to buy our own seasonings trashbags paper towels the couch needs to be upgraded it’s old and it’s not comfortable at all. We made the best of what we had because we was celebrating a graduation and birthdays.

Great place and location

We definitely enjoyed the pool access and the ac I every room! The parking was a pain, definitely made more of a compact vehicle and not a minivan or suv. The building managers were very friendly and nice but the parking building security was not. Becareful not to get lost in parking lot, it’s a pain. The pool was lit up and there was more wear and tear than pictures show, but it was worth the money for the location alone. Right next door to food trucks, 20 min walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay overall. Very prompt response for when the internet was down momentarily.

Don't!!!

small, outdated, couch is horrible, roaches, very limited utensils/glasses/ plates etc. , rough neighborhood, internet/tv was out most of our stay, air conditioner is horrible, pool ice cold, & the cops were always there, handicap entrance is deplorable you have to go to the basement thru a bunch of creepy hallways & past the dumpsters to get in/out on the other side of the building, the residents are very weird and nosy, and the best part is that my handicapped husband had to walk up 5 flights of steps several times because the elevator was not working!

Very convenient location

The property served the purpose we needed it to. The apartment is in need of a good exterminator for the roaches in the kitchen, and a repairman for the broken things, ie: the bathroom cold water faucet. I reported this to the manager. Not just to be a complainer but that they could fix it for the next guests . If management is going to require so many rules to be followed by the guests ( or they will lose their damage deposit) than they should have everything in the apartment in good clean condition. The location was great when we wanted to stay nearby the nearby. The price was reasonable but I don’t think that should mean get comfortable with the roaches.

Despite the problems of the unit, i will give an honest review. The location is excellent, walking distance from food trucks/711/grocery store in central Waikiki area. Laundry convenient (washer dryer on same floor as unit), however there was flooding in the laundry room. The host was responsive when we had issues. THE ISSUES: bathroom plumbing problems for 2 days (we had to use the common bathroom on the first floor)…very inconvenient especially for one of us who was pregnant and needed to pee frequently at night (we were on the 5th floor). There were ROACHES on the bed, made us felt anxious and icky throughout our stay. The unit is very old and dated, lots of rust, and to be honest not really clean…the carpets and floor look dirty and in need of a good wash. The ceiling of the bathroom looks like it’s falling apart, lots of water stains and damage. The host settled for a small refund due to the inconvenience of plumbing. If I had to do this trip over again, i would just stay at a hotel. The price for this unit may be more affordable, but book at your own risk people. Would not recommend at all.
