Located on the third floor, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. The open-concept living room features Hawaiian-theme furniture with tropical decorations and a large flat-screen TV. A window A/C and ceiling fan are equipped in the living room to help stay cool.

It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

• Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests may experience occasional construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change.
• The walkway coating project is scheduled for August–November 2026. Work on the D Bldg is slated for 9/1-9/11/2026. Please note that access to the ground floor walkways and front entries will be restricted during the work schedule. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos. For the complete scope of this project, please contact our office. Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri.
• Seawall repair work is expected to begin July 2026, pending permit approval.
