The Countryside Villa is a 20-30 minute drive to Intercourse & Bird in Hand, a pair of towns featuring tourist attractions, buggy rides, and orchards. New Holland is also a short 20 minute drive away with several locally known restaurants and cafes.

**Please note that we are in an area where swimming pools are open seasonally. The pool will be open from Memorial Day - September 22 and will be covered for winter outside of those times. We had a wonderful experience, my family and I wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts . Very smooth interaction with the host. And the house came fully equipped with pretty much everything you needed. We used this location, on this occasion to just relax and just spend time with each other. Relax in Amish Country

The Countryside Villa was a very nice week's stay with our daughter's family including her husband, their two boys under 12, and our grand-dog.This home, with its wonderful décor, has a good layout with large rooms, plenty of dining spaces, very comfortable beds with mattress toppers & fantastic views. The beautiful Amish country with farmland was the backdrop for our adventures. The farm behind the house had a field with free-range chickens & guard dog, which was our meal-time entertainment. The frequent Amish buggies passing the front of the house were interesting sights as well.During our stay, we visited Shady Maple Farm Market, the largest Farm Market in PA, a short 15-minute drive to buy our groceries & all supplies for our Mothers Day picnic we hosted at a York County Park.We spent one day at Waters Edge Mini Golf in Bird in Hand where there are 2 18-hole courses & ice cream shop. Our grandsons had so much fun on one shady course, the ice cream afterward & a playground at the adjoining school.Another adventure was at the Strasburg Railroad, a 30-minute drive, on a 45-minute open air railcar ride where we enjoyed seeing the Amish countryside while having our packed lunches.We recommend this home-away-from-home for your holiday stay.

Very quiet and relaxing

We LOVED this home. Needed a close getaway to chill for a mother/daughters weekend. Enjoy the fresh air and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The views of the countryside were beautiful. Just what we needed.

Cozy weekend stay

Spacious and clean house that allowed my friends and I plenty of room to relax in our own space and a large living room for us to gather in. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and bright dinning room to eat together. Really made use of the indoor garage due to bad/cold weather. Overall, very cozy and comfortable stay!

Long Weekend Getaway before Winter

We stayed from Friday till Monday. We have 2 almost adult children and 1 teen and a dog. Everyone had their one space if needed but could hang out all together on the couch after a fun day out visiting the area. This home acted as our home base where we could unwind and relax at the end of the day and enjoy ourselves. We drove to many of our favorite places like shady maple, tanger outlets, outback toys, visited farm machinery dealers to look at equipment and stopped at kitchen kettle village. The house was very clean. Beds were pretty comfortable. Loved sitting on the porch the first night when the sun was going down after that it was a bit to cool so we turned the chairs around right inside the porch and sat there and looked out. We had a great time and already trying to figure out when we can make plans to come back.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. Juliana was excellent with communication and check in was a breeze. Plenty of space to roam and relax. Really enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the front porch while watching the Amish buggies go by. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great retreat

What a beautiful property in a serene location! We loved time on the porch watching the buggies go by. We also enjoyed time out back by the pool, watching the cows and people working on the farm. A rare bonus that we appreciated --- individual temperature controls in every bedroom. When you have 4 women -- all in their 50s/60s -- it's important that we all have the ability to set a comfy temperature setting for sleeping. Perfect for a stay in Amish Country! Will definitely stay there again.

A family getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this Honey Brook, PA home hosted by Juliana and Alex. The whole process from check-in, check out and stay was seamless, smooth and very pleasant. The house is beautiful and sprawling and the pool was the perfect temperature for August. All the rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable for our family of 8 (ages 70 to 9 months, and one Bernese Mountain Dog). We had an amazing time and would certainly recommend this property to our friends and family.

Lovely Home

We had 4 adults and 4 children (3 and under) stay in this lovely home and enjoyed every minute of it. There is so much to do in the area! We got to hang out at farms and even went to Dutch Wonderland for a day. And staying at the house was not boring at all. The weather was perfect and so we really were able to enjoy the pool and the backyard. Juliana was extremely responsive to all questions I had and offered some wonderful suggestions. This trip is something that will really give my family memories that will last forever. We can't wait to come back again!

Sweet Honey Brook Home

This home was hugh, beautiful, quiet, and clean. Home has quality and very comfortable furniture. We all had a great night sleep! We loved sitting out by the pool and grilling. We especially loved it when the cows from the neighbor's farm came down to visit us! 😀 You will have plenty of privacy with nice views of the corn fields. I would definitely stay here again!
