Waterfront Oasis with Private Dock & Huge Patio – Minutes to the Springs!

Welcome to your river paradise! Our 3/2 home is located less than a half-mile away from the beautiful Homosassa springs, by water. Whether you chose to fish off the private dock, snorkel for scallops, or kayak to the springs, there are endless opportunities to enjoy the beauty of the river from our home. This house was completely updated with no expense spared and has everything you need to make the most of your vacation. Plenty of towels and all 100% cotton sheets, with many extras and different fill pillows. You will be drawn to the outdoor living space which features an oversized screened in patio with plenty of seating, a separate outdoor dining table for six, and an outdoor TV. The house also includes: a large dock for multiple boats; five kayaks for guests’ use (four single kayaks and one double, i.e. room for six); a separate game-room with a pool table and ping pong table; lots of outdoor games and accessories; and a fully outfitted fish cleaning station.

15 minute drive to Cabot Citrus Farms golf course!

The Home

The home features three bedrooms, two baths, a private outdoor shower, and an air-conditioned garage, which has been converted to a game room.

The master has a king size bed and en suite bath with dual sinks and shower heads. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk with a full mattress on the bottom, twin on top and a twin trundle.

There are 5 smart TVs throughout the house which have access to live TV via the YouTube TV app.

The air-conditioned garage features a pool table and ping pong table.

Outdoors

Outdoors you will find a spacious outdoor screened in patio to enjoy bug-free sunsets. There is a covered dining table, plenty of seating and an outdoor smart TV. Beyond the screened in porch, you will find a fire pit, four Adirondack chairs, and large yards on both sides of the house. The home also has a brand new large dock to dock your boat (the boat on lift is for owner use only). No bridges to the spring or the Gulf and minutes to the several local ramps.

Guests will also have access to the propane grill, coolers, five kayaks, cornhole, ladder toss, bucket toss, fishing gear, and various floats for the springs.

This is a residential neighborhood with great neighbors, please no loud music late at night, parties or smoking on any part of the property. Discounts for longer stays and monthly rentals. Only one trailer allowed in the driveway. If you smoke in or around the property or bring an unauthorized pet a fee of $150 will be assessed.

What a wonderful stay we had. Everything we needed was there and the place was very clean and tastefully decorated. The pool table was a great bonus for us. Saw so much wildlife including many manatee. It was great to be able to use the kayaks to explore the river. Kitchen was very large and well stocked. Bathrooms were a nice size with huge showers. We're looking forward to our next stay!

I stay in VRBOs all over the world, and I can honestly say this is my absolute favorite. The location is unbeatable—within five minutes of anywhere you’d want to go in Homosassa. It’s a true waterfront home, and the canal opens directly into the spring area, making it perfect for a refreshing swim in the summer and incredible manatee sightings in the winter.The property itself is in pristine condition. The home has a beautiful open-concept layout that was ideal for entertaining family and friends over the holidays. It’s richly and thoughtfully decorated, with top-notch furnishings and a very well-designed layout. Not only did I love it, but every single person who visited commented on how amazing it was.The garage rec room was a huge hit—complete with a pool table and ping pong table that everyone enjoyed. For me, though, the most spectacular feature was the screened-in veranda. It’s spacious, beautifully furnished, and so comfortable. The backyard is stunning and opens right up to the dock area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. There’s even an orange tree on the property, which was such a lovely touch.The home also offers six high-quality kayaks, including tandems. Several of my guests enjoyed paddling out to the springs, which made the stay even more memorable.The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and highly communicative throughout our stay. I truly adored this place and loved every moment here. I will absolutely be back again.

A Hidden Gem

I absolutely loved this place! It had everything you could think of—truly well-stocked and thoughtfully set up. The layout was perfect, and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We visit Homosassa Springs often, and from now on, this will be our go-to spot. Perfect vacation

We absolutely loved this home & it’s location. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (3 of which were teenagers) & plenty of things to entertain us. From playing pool/ping pong, kayaking or just sitting on the back porch watching the fish jump, it was perfect. Erin was extremely easy to communicate with & the home had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous Home

This comfortable home was perfect for our Labor Day weekend getaway. We spent a lot of time on the spacious outdoor patio and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for simple meals. Erin was easy to work with and a great communicator. Definitely considering this property for our next trip to Homosassa.

2nd Year in a Row - Hope to Have the Place Again Next Year

I’ve stayed in several properties over the better part of the past decade for scalloping season; this place was the first that my family and I used twice, and consecutively at that. The property has great amenities and the owner takes care to consider the smallest of details for an easy stay, such as an abundance of towels, kitchenware, shower and toiletry items, etc. This all makes for a great place in and of itself, but for me, the best aspect is that it’s perfectly situated for simple boat access to/from the river and Gulf; additionally, the place is outfitted nicely for other river fun with kayaks and paddle boards. We had another great family trip this year and we hope to have the chance to stay here again next year.

Amazing Property

All I can say is WOW!! This property is EXACTLY as advertised. We have stayed in Homosassa every year for 7 years. This home is by far the absolute best. The layout is perfect for families or just a group of friends. Spacious, up to date, extremely clean and EVERYTHING works!!! There’s a pool table, ping pong table, TV’s in every room, floats for the springs, life jackets, a kids pool, toys and even a working ice maker to make it easy to load your coolers. The back screened patio is very spacious with comfortable patio couches and chairs with ottomans. Communication with Erin, the owner was fantastic from start to finish. We are already booking this home next scallop season. 10 Stars!!!!! I highly recommend this place.

Homosassa getaway

Great stay in Homosassa for a weekend getaway with our friends. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen fully stocked including spices. There were several amenities that we did not have the time to take advantage of, but we did appreciate and use the ice machine to fill our cooler. We brought our pontoon boat and there was easy access to a well maintained dock in the back yard. Also easy communication with the host! We hope to stay here again!
