As you walk up the stairs of this house on stilts you will see the very large porch with a BBQ and a nice seating and dining area. Once you enter the house you will notice the luxurious decoration of the house, which will make you feel right at home. The living room has a 75-inch smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped, and the dining room area is large enough to seat your whole family.
The Master bedroom has a King Bed and its own Master bathroom with a very spacious shower and 2 sinks. A 55-inch Smart TV makes this room complete.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a 55-inch smart TV.
The third bedroom has 2 Twins. The second bathroom is situated between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, has a shower/tub combination and a double sink. The villa has free Wi-Fi, cable TV and its own gas BBQ.
Underneath the villa you can park your car (and trailer). Bring your own boat, docks are available for rent, and we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft. The Marina has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, dolphin watching, scalloping and swimming and in the winter visit the manatees at the Homosassa Springs.
The community has a nice swimming pool with a large pool deck.
