Exactly as advertised! Perfect location for our family- right next to the beach and walkable to a handful of stores. Would stay here again!

Lovely place to stay. Very convenient to grocery stores and all the places we wanted to go to in Homer. The kitchen had all the conveniences including microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and coffee. I highly recommend this property!

Easy access to the shore

This cottage was the perfect spot to access all that Homer and the surrounding areas had to offer. Our kids loved walking to the beach in the evenings. The gardens were beautiful, this was a great home away from home.

We had a great stay at the Seaside Cottage. Everything was clean and it worked great for our two small kids. We enjoyed be able to walk to the beach and restaurants. We definitely will book again!

The lovely Garden Shed

Great location in a beautiful garden setting. Very comfortable, well appointed and provided everything we needed. And our host was the best, including suggesting AJ’s restaurant. Excellent choice!

We enjoyed the cute little cottage with a great location to downtown Homer. The communication was excellent and check in and out process was simple.

Our family had a fantastic visit. Connie was very easy to work with and the location was excellent. We hope to come back for another lovely weekend.

The location is perfect, there are several dining choices within walking distance and the beach access is just a few blocks away. Loved it.

Delightful, can't wait to go back

Second time renting this property, it's a delight! We love it and look forward to our trip, the cottage is cozy and comfy and so close to the beach and bakery. We can't wait to go back soon. Highly recommend!

Everything was good!

It’s not often everything is so good…booking process, fair price, communication, location, comfort level and cleanliness…bedroom, bathroom, kitchen setup…what else to say? Nothing was missing…needed nothing else. Had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Perfect location

Love this spot so close to amazing birding and beach time. Second tome we have chosen this particular spot and will do so again. Delicious food within walking distance. We were down for the Kachemak Shorebird Festival and appreciated the ease of being near so many things. Thank you!
