In-town hillside location, walk (less than a mile) to Homer's downtown district.

SPECTACULAR 3-acre hillside property with panoramic views of Homer Spit, Kachemak Bay, Beluga Lake, beaches and glaciers. You will not be disappointed with the breath-taking views from every window. Custom cabinetry and finishes throughout, fully furnished with all amenities you will need, full kitchen with full-sized appliances, master bedroom with custom hand-built queen bed with comfortable Casper mattress and barn doors that open to views of Homer Spit and Kachemak Bay. Full size washer/dryer, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, pantry supplies, coffees/teas/condiments. Private patio/deck overlooking gorgeous 3 acre hillside property and gardens. We perform enhanced cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces and was ALL bedding including duvet covers after EVERY stay.

The Loft was simply amazing and met every single standard that one could have when traveling. You will not want to leave once you see the view from the many panoramic windows. Deborah has thought of everything and every amenity to make your stay fabulous. You will simply not be able to find a better place to stay in Homer, or Alaska for that matter.

Breathtaking view of the Spit and surrounding mountains. The description of the property was accurate. The hosts attention to detail was amazing. If we are fortunate enough to make it back to Homer, we would love to stay here again.

We eloped at The Loft in Homer!

The views from the loft are spectacular, as is the outdoor space. The loft was very clean and the accommodations were wonderful! It was an amazing stay and I would 10/10 recommend staying here! Our host, Deborah, was beyond wonderful and kind. A truly magical place to stay.

What a gorgeous view!

Loved this home! The view was fantastic, bed was very comfortable, and had plenty of fluffy towels! Deborah has added so many nice touches with tasteful decorating and fresh flowers from her beautiful garden. The patio was a great spot for appetizers and drinks. We would love to stay here again!

Spectacular!

Our stay at the Loft was spectacular in EVERY way. We met Deborah upon our arrival, and her dog Blue, as she was tending to her immaculate gardens. They are BEAUTIFUL! We could enjoy them from an outdoor deck at the rear of the Loft. The accommodations were five star plus. Deborah had seen to every detail! The views of the Homer Spit from the front windows are amazing! I wish I lived here!

Great host, amazing views

This cabin is located on a hill and oversights the Homer spit and lake Beluga. You can enjoy the views and observe floating airplanes takeoff from the lake. You can also see the glaciers across the Kachemak Bay on clear day. The host was great in providing what we needed and the recommendations for local activities. Thank you so much Deborah.

Needs more than 5 stars!

I wish I could give Deborah and her Loft more than 5 stars! The online photos are beautiful but do not do this space justice. Spectacular view, tons of light, a magical garden area, excellent location, and above all, Deborah is a phenomenal host. She has attended to every little detail, including creating an impressive set of "things to do in and around Homer" materials, and this was one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. I even got to see a moose mom and baby in the yard. :) If you are planning a trip to Homer, this is where you want to stay.

A Wonderful Retreat

This loft is gorgeous, the grounds beautiful and the view is spectacular! It was very hard to leave the loft but we will be back. The host was very communicative and responsive. I have stayed at a lot of places in Homer and I highly recommend the loft.

Picture Perfect in Every Way!

Absolutely beautiful location and house! Gorgeous views from every window - truly felt like we were staying in a painting. The furnishings and details were also spot on. Perfectly curated decor and lighting with ample electrical outlets and hooks for towels and bags. We didn’t even want to open our suitcases because everything looked so beautiful and perfect. I only wish we had stayed here longer. If I come back to Homer, I will definitely stay here again.

Better than advertised

It's rare to find a property that exceeds the description and photos, but Deborah's loft did in every way. We had an amazing visit to Homer (where my wife lived 40+ years ago when she was a child). The Loft was a sanctuary to hang in the garden or sit and read in view of the mountains. We stayed in way more than we thought we would just cause it was so nice!

A perfect get away

Deborah's apartment is incredibly nice. It has everything a person would want and more. The view is incredible which overlooked the bay and the mountains. Check-in was very easy and the entire house was spotless. It is up in the hills and just a very short ride to Main St. Deborah has thought about the small things too from games to small snacks. I have nothing bad to say about this place and would recommend it to anyone.
