Homer hits homerun

This property was conveniently located to all activities using a car. It had a washer/dryer that came in handy for us. Loved the communication from the owners. Perfect for our needs. Thanks for the great coffee! It was very clean and comfortable!

Very Thoughtful

The owners were very thoughtful in providing information about the area such as places to eat and things to do. The house was very comfortable for 5 adults and convenient to town. Morning visitors were a nice bonus!

Home in Homer

We had an excellent stay in Homer and even got a few sunny and warm days in August. Our host was very responsive and eager to help us really enjoy what Homer has to offer. Questions were answered quickly and suggestions were provided for nearby things to do. The home is located on a quiet street in an established neighborhood that was close to restaurants, attractions, and grocery shopping. Our large family of 6 used all the bedrooms and we were not cramped for space. Kitchen and baths were well stocked with towels and necessities. It was great house to use as our homebase in Homer, which is a great place to visit. I miss that seafood already. 5 stars!! Thank you!

The property description and photos are accurate, the place is clean and smells good without being overly scented, and is a good value for the price. We were two couples and it was a big bonus to have two full bathrooms. The host was very nice. There is helpful area info in a big binder. The kitchen was well stocked, including some spices, coffee, etc. There is a little end of season wear and tear, but it would not prevent us from staying here or recommending to others.

Nice house, good location, great host

The house is accurately and fully described in the About This Property section above so there’s not a lot I could add about that. What I can add is that the host, Lila, is what makes this such a good choice to stay. I would rebook this location again anyway but her helpfulness is what makes this a no-brainer.

Spacious and Cozy Home

Lila is a great host, as she communicated well and often to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Even better, this home comfortably provided 6 adults and a puppy an awesome accommodation during our Homer visit. The location is just minutes from the restaurants and the Spit. Blissful sleep, lovely home away from home in Homer

Our hostess Lila is a great communicator and welcoming hostess, offering to bring over games or kitchen gadgets, etc. We had everything we needed for our two night stay, but we appreciated the offer! The house has lovely light in the kitchen/dining/living area, with comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing. The 3 bedrooms had ample "blackout" shades and drapes and wonderful mattresses, for a very comfortable sleep. The place was very clean. If it hadn't been so stormy (rain and fierce wind) we could have easily walked to the Pioneer Avenue shops and restaurants, and even taken a bit longer walk to Fat Olive's and Bishop's Beach. As it was, we drove to those places and to the spit. Thanks Lila! I definitely would choose this house again, and reommend to friends.

Wonderful views, clean well kept accommodations. Host reached out several times to ensure we didn’t need anything. This morning mama moose and two babies were right outside the back patio door. We had an amazing trip. Thanks so much!
