Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen included. Please bring your own towels. Parking bay’s for 2 cars. No smoking. £100 security deposit, payable to the owner.. Inside, a corner seating area sits by wide windows framing a superb countryside view. The main living space feels bright and sociable, with room for everyone to gather and plan the day ahead. A practical cooking area makes it easy to prepare meals to share at the table, while sleeping areas and convenient wash spaces help keep daily routines smooth.

When you feel like heading out, you can spend time in Prestatyn itself, exploring the town’s shops, cafés and places to eat before returning to this calm, homely base.
