"This is one of the best houses that we have ever stayed in over the last 15 years. The kitchen, bath rooms and bed rooms were as good as it gets and the location is great for exploring the Avalon peninsula Groceries are close by and you can drive easily in any direction. My wife and I would recommend this house to anyone. "

"We were met at the property by Bob the host and he spent a lot of time with us showing us around and explaining what was available locally. Very helpful and much appreciated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you could need. Also there were a lot of basic food items so check in before you shop! "The perfect family space while visiting St. John’s Newfoundland!We had a group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids ranging from 5-10). The house had plenty of rooms, bathroom and general living space. We spent hours in the indoor pool and so many wonderful meals in the large dining area.Truly cannot recommend the house enough!! And Adam was so lovely, communicative and kind. Thank you Adam, you made our trip so special! "
