"Hotel and room were beautiful. Check-in clerk was friendly and welcoming. Location was completely charming, and the breakfast was very good. We were in suite 7, and therein lies the problem. An hour after checking in and prior to leaving for dinner we discovered our TV didn’t work. We mentioned it to the clerk who said she would have a look while we were out to dinner if that was OK with us. We gratefully agreed and left for dinner. "A thoroughly enjoyable stay. We were in room 3 which had a challenging set of stairs, no lift due to nature of the historic building. Very atmospheric place bang in the middle of the town great access on foot to all amenities. A 10 minute stroll to the Castle and the excellent car park. Breakfast was first class value. The room was spacious excellent shower and roll top bath. Bar facilities very good small outside beer garden. Plenty of Sky Ports TV screens in the bar, Saturday night there is a...

"We had a Premier Plus room so nice & spacious. Clean room with good amenities including WiFi. Friendly & helpful staff. Onsite restaurant & bar was good especially happy hour deals. Good location in the centre of the historic. Easy free parking close by. "

"Very well located for visits to Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle and the surrounding area. Although on a main road, our room was at the back of the property and we were untroubled by any road noise. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout."
