This condo resides in a primarily residential part of the island, though you can travel up or down the island to check out the varied shops and restaurants lining the roads.

This condo resides in a primarily residential part of the island, but traveling to shops, restaurants, and island attractions is easy! Simply walk or hop on the free island trolley!



Getting Around:

A car is not required as many attractions are all within walking distance. There is also a free trolley service, and plenty of rideshare options. However, a car is recommended if you plan on traveling off the island to nearby Tampa, Sarasota, or St. Pete.
