Soak in the private heated pool all day, catch sunset every evening, and rest peacefully each night. Island Time is the Anna Maria Island beach rental your family deserves.



    While many Florida towns are great for family vacations, Holmes Beach offers a slower pace, friendly locals, and activities for all ages. Just a short walk from this central island rental you’ll find free trolley stops, shopping, and dining. Walk south on Marina Drive and you’ll find the community skate park with a playground and shuffleboard court too. When you’re ready to explore all of Anna Maria Island leave your cars in the three driveway spaces and take the trolley everywhere.



    Feel right at home at Island Time. Gather everyone in the main living space to watch the collection of DVDs on the flat screen, or hop on the free WiFi. The backyard is a true tropical oasis with heated pool, lush landscaping, and an authentic thatch roof Tiki umbrella. Relax in the hammock under the palm trees while dinner cooks on the five-burner propane grill and salt breezes pass by.

    This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests.

    This property has a 7-night stay requirement. However, select properties have the flexibility for shorter stays. Let us do the searching for you! Please call us and one of our knowledgeable reservation specialists will be happy to assist you in finding a property for the dates you have requested.

    Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October

    Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

We absolutely loved this house. House was perfect for our family and what we wanted, rooms were very nice and clean and the backyard pool was amazing! Also came with some toys and a wagon which was perfect with our 3 year old and carrying everything to the beach. Walk to the beach was a bit longer than we’d hoped but still not bad. Location is perfect for being close to everything else. Would 100% stay here again, already missing lounging by this pool.

This was a great place to stay for a Spring Break week. It was probably a 7-8 minute walk to the beach, so not bad at all (made easier by having a wagon we could use to haul chairs and other beach gear). The kitchen had anything you could want to cook (we didn’t do much of that). It was super clean and we used the pool a lot (area behind the house was outstanding). I would absolutely recommend!

Backyard oasis near the beach

Enjoyed our stay very much. Quiet neighborhood with little traffic so made walks to and from beach easy. Home is very nice with all basics covered. Would certainly stay again!

Great Location!

Nice pool and close to beach, restaurants and pickle ball courts. The only thing is the beds were lumpy and squeaky.Overall we would stay again.

What an amazing house

Perfect tropical getaway with a perfect and immaculate poolside paradise! Very close to the trolley, restaurants, shopping and the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. We have rented other properties before but this is by far the best! We can't wait to be back!

Loved this house.

The decor was very pleasing, the size is really nice, the kitchen well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The back yard was very private and quiet, the pool was beautiful, clean and warm, the patio was ideal for coffee in the morning and relaxing during the day. We had a great time here and really enjoyed our stay. We will be back hopefully soon and for a longer stay.
