We are just steps from the beach featuring a private pool perfect for slow mornings and laid-back afternoons. Enjoy Anna Maria Island, from cruising the FREE trolley to exploring charming local spots, then retreat back to your peaceful getaway. The perfect place to unwind, reset, and soak up the best of island life.

Winter has hit hard and you are ready to escape the frigid temperatures and feel the sand between your toes. Anna Maria`s beautiful beaches await your arrival. Just steps from our front door you will have access to the sandy shores, restaurants, shops and so much more. This is one of two completely remodeled villas. We used colors, textures and design to create a space where you can kick off your shoes, relax and be refreshed. This villa is the perfect place for your next getaway.

We are so excited to introduce our newly redesigned villa. Solace East has been thoughtfully designed with your tranquility in mind. From the colors, to the linens, to the decor our goal was to provide you a place of escape and retreat. This inviting space offers you the opportunity to unwind, whether relaxing with a movie on the couch, enjoying an afternoon siesta. In your private outdoor space spend the afternoon taking a dip in the pool or walking across the way and enjoying some time in the sand. At night the outdoors are beautifully lit to let you keep enjoying the space. Whether using the pool with its waterfall feature, or grilling a meal. Our private outdoor space also features a beautiful outdoor shower where you can rinse all the sand off before dipping in the heated waters of our pool. We believe this space is perfect.

Guests have full access to the entire East Unit. We have 2 owners closets that are locked.

We communicate strictly through Airbnb so please have the app downloaded on your phone. We are always available for anything you might need.

We live just a few miles away and are available for any questions or problems. Functional smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit in the house.
Hospitals are minutes away if needed.

*Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside for everyone`s safety.

These cameras are located by the front doors and around the back of the house.

They will record audio and video.

Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offer trip insurance for each reservation.
1. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. There is a designated smoking area by the lounge chairs outside. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the ashtray provided. Please be certain to extinguish completely. Failure to abide by this rule will result in full loss of Security Deposit.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agree to above.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work.
4. Parking: parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
5. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day.
6. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages.
7. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 70F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit.

9. Note we supply a starter kit of all toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soaps etc… after that it’s the guest’s responsibility.
