When not at the beach, unwind and relax in your tropical backyard retreat with plenty of space for cooking, dining, and simply soaking up the island sun.

Inside, the open-concept main living floor greets you with an inviting kitchen featuring a full suite of appliances and dishware. The seamless flow into the wood dining table and island bar sets the stage for family meals or fun with friends. The cozy living area with a large sectional, side chairs, and a TV provides an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring Anna Maria Island.

Retreat to the primary bedroom, a spacious suite with a high-end king bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a relaxing soaking tub. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and another with two twin beds with a trundle, perfect for children or extra guests. The hall bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a double vanity, making it easy for multiple guests to get ready simultaneously. A half bath and laundry room are also on the main floor for added convenience.

Great Location

I'll start with the pro's: The location of this house was great. The house was also very clean. The house came with everything you'd need for the beach, which was great. The location on AMI was great. We rented a golf cart to get around during the evening, but only needed to walk a few steps to the beach. The property management company was impossible to get ahold of. They only communicated via text and the text number could not take calls. In general, it took them 24 full hours to respond, which was annoying (always via text, never on the phone). When we arrived, all the doors were unlocked, which was concerning. The upstairs A/C did not work when we arrived and the TV in the kid's bedroom was missing the Roku, so it did not work. It took the management company 24 hours to respond back (via text) about the A/C and 5 days to address the TV. I ended up re-setting some breakers on the A/C unit myself to get it to work. Also, the management company told me there was only going to be 1 beach char per bedroom in the house, which was not true, there were plenty of chairs. The inside of the home was quite dated and the beds were very uncomfortable. The kitchen had very limited cooking utensils/basics, so if you plan to cook I would look somewhere else. Overall, we loved AMI, but we'll most likely stay in a different place if we return.
