Modern Beach House, 1 block from beach!

This charming Anna Maria Island Vacation Home is located just a few houses from the white sand beaches!
Holmes Beach is a small town on Anna Maria Island in the Gulf of Mexico just south of Tampa Bay. It boasts miles of gorgeous white, sandy beaches, emerald Gulf waters, and abundant sunshine.
The Manatee Apartment is one of two apartments in the Beach House located at 8106 Gulf Drive.
If looking for a different length of stay, just reachoit and we can see what is available. Once inside, the Beach House feel will surround you with an open floor plan, lively colors, and wood floors. This two-bedroom, two-bath home features upgraded kitchens and bathrooms for a comfortable stay. Beautiful deck around the house allows you to relax comfortably on the tropical, airy feeling deck which is equipped with comfortable furniture. There is a grill in the backyard for your grilling pleasure.
In addition, beach chairs are provided for a relaxing day at the beach and an outdoor shower will help rinse away the wonderful soft sand you may bring back from the beach. This house is located on the quiet north end of the island with easy access to the free trolley that runs daily along the island and is also within walking or biking distance of several island shops. Covered parking is also available providing plenty of shade for your car.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Beach House is in walking distance to the beach, has a private nearby Kayak launch and is across the street from the Island Trolley Stop.
Each unit in this newly renovated house features modern kitchen, living area, master bedroom with bathroom and 2nd bedroom with 2nd bathroom.
The natural light travels throughout the open living area to appreciate the beach breeze with modern finishes.
Both units include a dedicated laundry room on the ground level.

Please note: No pets are allowed, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly, we have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and this is a non-smoking building.

Noise ordinance information: Under the City’s Code of Ordinances (currently Chapter 30, Article III) it is unlawful to make or permit unreasonably excessive noise that constitutes a noise disturbance. The ordinance’s quiet period is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., during which unnecessary or loud sound that interferes with neighbors’ peace and quiet may be deemed a violation.

Perfect Spot for a Memorable Vacation

We loved our stay at the Manatee apartment! The location is perfect. Two minute walk to the beach which is made easier with wagons for hauling beach chairs and umbrellas that the hosts have available to use. The paddle board and kayak were a hit with everyone (adults, teenagers, and even our 4 year old). The apartment is stunning! Beds are huge and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The hosts are very thoughtful providing little things to make the stay easier like built in shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispensers to the bathrooms. It was very handy to have a laundry room with detergent for our stay. Martin and Lynda are amazing hosts! They had great recommendations for places to eat. Check out their welcome book at arrival for recommendations. Slims is our favorite spot for food. Great food, great service, and little or no wait for a table. We loved manatee beach for a full day at the beach. This beach cafe has a good selection of food and drinks available. We enjoyed having live music, volleyball, a playground, restrooms and changing facilities at manatee beach. The beach steps away from the apartment is beautiful and less busy. Perfect for a day at the beach close to the apartment, a morning walk, shell hunting, and catching the sunset. We will definitely be back!

Limited accessories. Smart TV required your own subscriptions to access programs, even local TV. Would have been to know that up front. Not even a box of Kleenex in the place. Over priced for what you get.

Great Stay

We loved this condo. The location was perfect, it was adorably decorated, and we loved the amenities. We loved that the host had chairs, a wagon/cart, beach towels and toys for the beach. Lynda was wonderful to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!

Can’t Wait to Return

The property was exactly as advertised: clean, bright, with many add-ons like kayaks, paddle boards, chairs, towels, etc. Great proximity to town and a short walk to beach. Walked a 4-5 mile loop to Pier, Bean Point and back by beach nearly every day. Plenty of room in the carport area for two cars and the golf cart available to rent. Perfect size for me and a friend or two. The owners are delightful and very available. Loved the book they created about the rental.

Fantastic stay!

The house was beautifully furnished, very clean, and super comfortable. The location was perfect- a block from the beach and located convenient to everything. It was quiet and private. Lynda and Martin were excellent communicators-when we had a slight issue figuring out where something was they responded immediately. This was my first time to the island and I loved it. I will be returning and staying here in the future. Thanks so much!

Very pretty accommodations!

Super cute, loved the beach decor. Has everything you need for your stay! Modern appliances, very clean and right around the corner from the beach. Loved the wagon, chairs and floats that were available if needed. The golf cart for rent was a nice surprise too!

Cozy, clean and comfortable

This cozy apartment has everything you need. We were able to cook breakfast in, and I had all the supplies I needed. A lot of extras were provided such as coffee, dishwashing liquid, beach towels and umbrellas, etc. The place was super clean and was a good central location although considered northern. We visited another beach, but loved the private beach on that end the most.

Great location and amenities

We stayed for a week in June and the condo was perfectly located for an amazing get-away. The location was perfect for easy beach access (just two houses, turn left and three houses to the beach path). We took advantage of renting the electric golf cart from the condo, which was very convenient. The condo was clean and provided access to a lower level washer and dryer. The owners provided everything you could need (minus food) for the week, including sufficient towels, beach towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, garbage bags, vacuum, a few umbrellas, etc. We stopped at the Publix and Walgreens to do some light shopping, but the restaurants on the island are all amazing - there was not one place we dined at that disappointed. The owner provides a code for keyless entry to the condo, so no key to lose on the beach! Lynda and Martin were very responsive and polite. We'd definitely stay here again when we visit AMI - what a lovely island!

Manatee Magic

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beach house. It had everything! The owner communicated and was willing to do anything to make our stay enjoyable. We most definitely will return. It was so calm and peaceful and had all the amenities plus more that we could want! We used the beach wagon, paddle board, and bike that was available. It truly felt like the perfect beach getaway!! Thank you!

Perfect Family Vaca

The manatee is the back side rental one of two so it’s nice and quiet. Everything is new and remodeled. The deck can use a new paint refresh, but all the other amenities were new and in great shape. The coffee maker is a Keurig (I like when they specify which coffee maker there is) . We had a great time as a couple, with an 11 and 13 year old. Thank you!

Great Property on AMI

We enjoyed our time on Anna Maria Island and would highly recommend both the destination and this property. The duplex had everything we needed - well-equipped kitchen, beach chairs, towels, sheets, etc. and it was in a great location - a short walk to the white sand beach, restaurants and shops. Especially happy we rented the golf cart to get around the island. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Close to beach / modern bungalow

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Everything we could have wanted or needed for two couples was included. The furniture was very modern / a little different than we are all used to at our homes but it was nice to experience. The host left spices , oil and coffee in the kitchen. There were two coffee pots (one regular and one k-.cup with cappuccino and latte options). In the bathroom, there was soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers - so no need to pack that! Beautiful place to visit and a great place to call home for the time there !! Thank you for opening your home to us to stay in!! Darlene
