Located in beautiful Holmes Beach, this Anna Maria Island rental is a vacationers dream. Beautiful, tropical touches throughout, this villa offers tons of space! 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 baths with gourmet kitchen featuring custom granite countertops, new appliances, and plenty of counter space is perfect for groups or families. Comfortable seating for 6 inside and a private patio with table outside for some fresh air dining! No details were overlooked in adding all the comforts of home, free WiFi, cable TV, private washer/dryer, and private parking available on site.
Just a 3 minute walk to the turquoise waters of Anna Maria beach or a few steps to your sparkling shared pool. The pool is generously sized and has a fantastic waterfall feature with plenty of deck space for basking in that warm Florida sun. Choices, choices. With so many wonderful things to enjoy in your rental and on the island you will want to come back year after year. This family friendly property books fast so don’t wait! Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

We had an amazing time at the loggerhead at blue lagoon! The home was spacious and clean, keyless check in was easy. Cute neighborhood, the location was perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach and short drive to shops and restaurants. I loved that the pool was gated with a child lock as we have small children, giving us peace of mind. The only issue we had was with the Wi-Fi not working, when we reached out to island rentals it was late Saturday evening and Sunday morning so the office was closed. However, Monday morning the office was very responsive and sent someone right out to resolve the issue! All of the staff we communicated with were very helpful and friendly ! The only other thing I would say that would make this house even better would be a screen on the back door that faces the pool & maybe some beach chairs/ equipment! Certainly not deal breakers though ! We would definitely rent here again!!Also, the neighbors surrounding this home were all so lovely and welcoming !! Thank you !!!

Loved our stay on Anna Marie Island!

Loved the property and location. Would liked a bit more detail cleaning, windows and floors, also better pillows would be nice and the verticals (missing strips) and screen on door wall needs repair. We would come back, it was a good experience and worked well for our family.

Perfect house!

My first time using Vrbo to rent property. It was the week of July 4th so I didn’t have much option to choose from since everything was taken. This is a perfect rental for a big families or 3 couples. I like that it have 3 bedroom and each Bedroom have a bathroom and a back door. The pool is shared in between rentals not crowded at all and it’s right in the back yard, 5 steps to be exact. They have a fence for your protection and privacy just in case you have small kids. The parking was able to fit 3 cars and still roomy. The outside of the house is very nice and banana color. The beach is a block 5 minute walking so it’s not far at all.
