Welcome to our delightful one level ranch home located 2.5 blocks from the sugar sand beach of Anna Maria. Hart of the Beach has everything needed for your beach vacation.

The kitchen includes a Keurig and a regular coffee maker and is tucked away from the main living space. The living room and dining room are open and bright and the enclosed Florida room is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful view of the bright and sunny backyard.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Guest rooms include a queen bed and a twin over full bunkbed. Each bedroom features a TV and includes crisp linens and the bathrooms feature plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The sparkling pool and spa highlight the fenced backyard. Pool loungers, Adirondack chairs, a patio dining table for six and a gas grill provide everything you need for a fun afternoon or evening in the sun.

Hart of the Beach is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and less than a block to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Hart of the Beach is a dog friendly home! If you have added a pet to your reservation under number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. 2 dog limit.

​​​​​​​Saltwater pools do contain chlorine, though it's generated differently than in traditional chlorine pools. A salt cell in a saltwater pool uses electrolysis to convert salt into chlorine, which then sanitizes the water. This process results in a lower concentration of chlorine compared to pools that directly add chlorine chemicals.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights. The maximum occupancy is six.

Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

VRBO BOOKINGS

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
