A standout feature of this unit is the enclosed sunroom overlooking the community pool. Once an outdoor patio, this area has been converted into air-conditioned living space with sliding doors that open to let in the island breeze and provide beautiful pool views.

The primary suite includes a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed and easy access to the second full bathroom.

The Cayman Cay complex offers a heated community pool, shaded Bbq and picnic area, one covered parking space, guest parking, and a fantastic location close to shops, restaurants, and beach access. While there is no elevator, the unit is just up a short flight of stairs.

*Check in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and coffee & tea. Full sized luxury hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees, During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*

*Reservations that are 30 nights or longer will require a mid-stay clean, one of our rental agents will provide more information at the time of booking.*

*Noise Ordinance: Quiet Hours are enforced Monday - Saturday 10pm through 7am, All day Sunday. Fines may be imposed by code enforcement for violations. Any fines or fees associated with noise violations will be the sole responsibility of the guest. Please be aware of these city ordinances and abide by them at all times, as failure to do so
