We had an incredible stay at this property. The house was very clean upon arrival, and the recent renovations took us by surprise, in a good way. The location is extremely convenient, especially since we rented a golf cart, with beach access just around the corner. Publix is within walking distance along with many other restaurants and stores. The hosts provided most basic necessities and communicated well. No issues checking in or out. I loved how private this property felt despite being nestled in between several other houses. Very safe, pleasant area.

This place was GREAT!! We were so impressed by the cleanliness and beauty inside and out. The little yard was perfect for our pups and the Blackstone griddle was perfect for cooking. This place is 10/10! Slept all 6 of us comfortably. Beach was a 5 minute walk- so easy. Location was very close to eating and groceries. Would surely stay again. Landon was prompt to respond and answered any questions we had.

A Hidden Gem

This cozy house had everything a family of five could need. The beach supplies were in good shape and you cannot beat the location. Yeah, it can get noisy, but that’s due to the road. It’s worth it for the short walk to the beach away from the busier spots. Landon was a spectacular host. The flat top our back was used nearly every day and made cooking more exciting.

Great location, beautiful beach

This house is in a great location! Close proximity to stores & restaurants. Short (1 block) walk to beach access. This was our first time visiting this area on the gulf & the beach was beautiful. House was very clean upon arrival. Bedrooms were spacious. Bathrooms are tight. It might be helpful to have some window coverings or blinds on the front/back doors to help keep the house cool during the day. Owner was very responsive & accommodating when contacted.

Perfect location and cottage!

Great beds! 2 blocks to the beach, short walk to Walgreens and Peaches for breakfast and coffee shops and ice cream! Had a wagon, cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach which was an outstanding amenity! In the evening we sat at the fire pit on the cozy sectional out front with lots of privacy. We ran out of propane and our host immediately had it replaced! Looking forward to staying there again! Some friendly recommendations would be hotter water, and blinds on the doors in the master bedroom. Otherwise we absolutely loved our stay.

Comfortable for adults

Comfortable beds, comfortable temperature, sharp knives, working appliances, and close to the beach and grocery store -- all wonderful features. We didn't find a cutting board or any information in the binder. We found the wifi code on the router and didn't find beach stuff until we were leaving and a shed door blew open in the wind. In retrospect, we should have asked the host, but given the other points, we figured these were missing. The bathrooms and dining table aren't ideal for bathing and feeding kids, but we made it work. Anna Maria Island was a lovely place to explore the area's beaches and wildlife!

We will be back!

Perfect location! Short walk to the beach, close to groceries, shopping, restaurants. Location allows easy access to the entire island. Everything we needed was already there, including beach supplies. The only things we purchased were sand toys, which we left behind for the next families to enjoy :) There is a bar across the street, but we didn’t find it noisy at all at night. The owner was extremely responsive to questions both prior and during our stay. The only thing we wished we could have changed was to have stayed longer! We can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay at this property. It was an easy walk around the corner to the beach, and the beach was beautiful! The house was well stocked, the only complain we had was the shower. The water pressure is pretty light, but it didn't end up being a big deal.

Hidden Beach Bungalow

Such a cute property tucked away off main street (Gulf Drive). Landon's place is just steps from the beautiful white sands of Holmes Beach. The bungalow has everything you need for a beach vacation. The front seating area with a beautiful firepit is hidden from the main road. Inside, the home is compact. The beds are comfortable and the little extras were appreciated, nice towels and beach towels, beach gear, ample kitchen supplies. Beautifully decorated too. The bathrooms are very tight. Access to shower and toilets are narrow. It's a space meant for little people (that's not me)LOL. The natural light coming in from so many windows and doors is fantastic. Although, the front and back french doors, some inside doors and windows do not allow for privacy. I think you need blinds or retractable shades so you can have the light and privacy. It would be nice to have an outdoor shower too. Thank you for sharing your little beach bungalow. We loved Anna Maria Island!

My husband and I and another couple stayed in this house and really enjoyed it. The house is clean and nicely decorated. The location was great! It is a quick walk to the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay here again!

Great Location!

The house was clean and had everything we needed. It’s closer to the beach that I thought (less than a minute walk) and close to stores. It’s on a main road with a bar across the street and it was still nice and quiet. My two daughters got a kick out of sleeping in the bunk beads and my stepson loved having a TV in his room. It was perfect for us and I can’t think of anything negative to say!
