    THINGS TO KNOW

    Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October

    This property requires a 7-night minimum stay.

    This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 4 guests.

I came down with my wife and daughter and it was an absolutely wonderful stay. It was peaceful and cozy and perfect for us. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Cute home with great access to all the island amenities

Very clean and cute home. We loved the pool, the provided washer and dryer, and easy access to the trolley and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the pool and how close it is to the beach. Loved a tv in 3 rooms and comfortable beds. Loved a full kitchen and washer/dryer was very handy.

The pool was fantastic, the location proximity to the beach was perfect, 4 min walk or less! We had one issue with the power going out, host had it fixed in under an hour. We've stayed at over a dozen rental properties, and this was the first that did not have any kitchen stock (ie salt/pepper/cooking spray etc.), usually there are several of each from prior guests! Also, limited cookware / storage. We were provided one roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of TP and a cleaning kit with dishwasher soap (two loads) and laundry soap (one load). The beds were super comfortable, plenty of bath towels. The shower was a little intense but not bad! We had a great week overall!

We loved this property and the easy walk to the beach, we were so pleased we booked again for next winter. The Island is perfect and we enjoyed all the restaurants and shopping, walking everywhere in safe surroundings. Highly recommend this property, hope to come back on a yearly basis.

Wonderful Place on a wonderful island

I have just had one of my best holidays ever. The home is ideally located, just a short walk to beautiful beach. Also very near some very good restaurants. It has a great, private and heated, swimming pool. We are already planning our next holiday and will want to come back to the same home.

"We had an excellent stay. We hired two adjoining bungalows which worked perfectly for our family gathering. They were in an ideal spot, so we could walk to beach and then walk out for dinner or ice creams in the evening. The bungalows were well furnished, clean and had everything we needed for the house and beach."

Excellent place to stay

Great location less than four minute walk to the beach. The pool was very nice. The house did have beach towels and beach chairs. We definitely would rent again.

Great location!!

Great location!! Quiet neighborhood. Beach less than 5 minutes walk. Private heated pool was great. Overall place was clean not the most updated place but for a beach home it was good.

great house - close to beach

It was a perfect house / duplex for our family. The pool was nice, short walk to the beach. The house had everything you need. Plenty of parking in front of house and outside seating in front by the pool or in the screened in back porch. Definitely will stay again.

"Our stay was perfect!!! The only thing we would say is that the floors need to be cleaned a little better as our baby's knees became dirty after crawling and new pillows would be nice on the bed. We absolutely loved staying here and recommended it to my grandparent who we're staying somewhere else and may be coming to see you this week about the house we stayed at as they are interested in staying there as well. We would definitely stay here again!"
