The bonus area just by the pool offers an air hockey table which convents to 6 different games including ping pong, pool, roulette, poker and also a dining table. From the living room porch, a staircase leads to your own private Island oasis. Plenty of seating and sun loungers surround the pool so you can bask in the Florida sunshine. If you prefer shade there is a covered area to relax under or soak up the sun on the reclining chairs on the pool sun ledge to rest, refresh and relax. Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day on the outdoor grill by the pool. If you look for more activity challenges for you and your fellow vacationers a round of corn hole by the pool or watch the game on the large screen TV in the outdoor area. The perfect way to end your day is a late-night swim or sit by the fire pit with a nightcap.Optional pool heat up to 86º F is available from October to April at $150/week.Pool equipment is locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly. Debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.Minimum stay: 7 nights. Maximum of 8 guests can stay at this property.There are two covered parking spaces in the garage and two other parking spaces in the driveway.This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks.
