Live the island dream, two blocks to the beach! A Reel Beauty is tucked away on a quiet neighborhood in Holmes Beach within a 2-minute walk to the beach at the end of the street. Perfect for bike riding, walking and sunset viewing, this location can't be beat.

Full of coastal charm and character, our home is warm and inviting with two living areas (each with a queen-sized sofa bed), dining room with table seating for six with patio doors out to the pool area.

Two of the bedrooms feature a king-sized bed and the third guest room has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV, en-suite bathroom and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a full-sized washer and dryer.

Your tropical escape awaits in the backyard which features a heated pool surrounded by pool loungers, spa and outdoor shower. Grill up the catch of the day on the gas grill and dine poolside at the bistro table or in the "barn", an enclosed relaxation space with chairs, barstools and a TV. The family will love the putting green, ping pong table, and corn hole game. Evenings are for sunsets and relaxing in the Adirondack chairs around the firepit.

Located in a cozy neighborhood in Holmes Beach, A Reel Beauty is close to everything the island has to offer. The free trolley stops nearby and travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches.

Everything was very comfortable and spotless clean. The party shed was equipped with wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas and sand base. (A cooler would have been nice.) Any question I asked of the host was met with a speedy response. Nice stay!

Gorgeous Property, Great Location, Great House

We fell in love with the property and everything in it. If we had to give any critique to anything, it would be the lack of comfort of the third bed in the smaller bedroom. Highly recommend bringing ice and replenishing daily, the ice machine is a little slow to keep up with summer time drinks by the pool. Other than that the property is wonderful with a ton of room and seating options! We got a notification we could get in early on the day of check-in, but the front door code didn't get turned on until 4. Thankfully, a back door was left unlocked and we got in there. Everything was great other than the smaller bedroom bed. Well done and thank you for making our friends trip fantastic!

House

Layout of the house is nice. Would accommodate 4 adults and a child. Pool was nice with a spa. Location is pretty much in the middle of everything. Beach is 2 blocks with a decent walk once you hit sand. Pretty much had the beach to ourselves. The house was well equipped with items for the kitchen, had beach chairs, boards and wagons, which were in good shape. We had a couple of issues during the stay that pertained to cleanliness, a mini split AC unit vs TV and ants. We feel like the property really needed a good cleaning and didn’t have a proper going through before we arrived. The management company was notified of all of the issues and responded. They came out and cleaned the drain to the mini split and stopped it from leaking into the tv. The tv was going to need to be replaced after we left. We truly hope the exterminator will come out before the next guests. There is no way that it hadn’t been an issue prior to our stay. Overall, the house was fine just needs to be kept up better. Also, the grill shown in the pic is not available to guests but there is a grill to use outside.

Great quiet neighborhood

This was our second time coming to AMI, first time at this property. I'm glad we gave it a second chance because we loved this property and it's location on the island. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. We are definitely looking to book again next summer.

The place was amazing and the management company was stellar as usual. Hats off to the owners and the property manager (Matt) for making it a best-in-class experience for us. We will definitely be back at the property again.

What’s not to love?

Great home with great backyard including private pool, putting green and cornhole pitch. One short block to the gulf with uncrowded beach, close to stores and restaurants but on a quiet street. No question that we will be back!

Perfect for us

It was as advertised. We would definitely stay here again. We took my parents and it worked out perfectly, since there were no stairs. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool everyday we were there. Everyone in the family was happy with this property. You can find homes that were more expensive, but why would you when this one has everything you could possibly need. The only thing that could be improved, a window company came to take measurements and needed inside and we were not notified in advance. After speaking with the management company, it sounds like the window company showed up early.

A "Reel" Getaway!!

Beautiful pool and hot tub! We enjoyed both every day. We rented bicycles and were able to get almost everywhere-and no problems parking at Skinny's!!! Weather was great, and we got to use the fire table on the cooler evenings.. All amenities you'd need in the kitchen as we grilled fresh fish 3 of our 7 nights!! Wonderful place with all the right beach touches!!

Spacious retreat with perfect location

We were a family of four with a 3 and 5 year old. Grandpa also joined us for a couple of days. Plenty of space and loved having two living room — we used the breezeway room all day long for meals and a retreat from the sun. All the bedrooms were spacious and plenty of extra pillows and blankets offered. Most importantly, very good pool alarm system for those concerned about pool with small children. The alarm could be heard a couple houses away (we heard a few neighbors tripping theirs) and this brought us much peace of mind. The backyard was great, we spent about 10 hours a day in the pool. Beach is 2 blocks away. We were also able to walk ~5 blocks and have multiple dining and ice cream options.

Great House

Just enough for our family of 5! Loved the outdoor space with pool, putting green, cornhole and fire pit! Beach towels and Chairs were provided. Short stroll to the beach. Love the small town feel and little shops. Rented kayaks one day to wonder in the bay and canals. Saw several dolphins. Home is open and spacious. Decorated nicely and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend!

Loved the home, needed cleaning

My husband and 3 children aged 4-8 stayed a week in this home and had a wonderful time. They swam the day away, hubby and I enjoyed the mini golf area and the beach is just up the block- really easy walk. Publix Is maybe 5 min away. We also drove to Bean Point- the water there was much calmer and so beautiful. The only issue was cleanliness. We found a used mask on my 4 yo son’s shelf (which was the worst), a child’s eye glasses on the floor near the bed and a swim suit bottom on the outside table. I did notify the manager and they were fast to respond, but I had already done my own cleaning by then. In the time of Covid I do expect to wipe the house down/clean dishes before using but those finds were definitely unpleasant. Overall I would stay again, but would arrive early and inspect the place before letting the family in.

Awesome home for you AMI Vacation!!!

The perfect beach house for our stay! Great location and a short block to the beach. Inside was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and spacious. The outdoor area was spectacular. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub, relaxing by the fire pit, playing cornhole and the putting green…TONS OF FUN! This house was amazing and had everything we needed including beach chairs and toys...there are even board games, puzzles, and cards in case you need a break! The management company is super responsive and accommodated all of our needs. We will definitely be back!!!
