Good to Know



•Ground-level and fully fenced makes this one of the most practical homes on the island for families with young kids, anyone avoiding stairs, and guests traveling with a dog. The heated pool earns its keep November through April. No smoking. Sleeps 8.



Parking & Noise



•Up to 4 vehicles may park on the property. Please coordinate with your group ahead of arrival — no overnight parking is available for additional vehicles.



•This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask all guests to keep noise at a respectful level day and night. Excessive noise violates local ordinance and may result in fines or termination of your rental agreement without refund. We appreciate you being a good neighbor.
