Breakfast menu limited. Parking OK but expensive. Room clean but small and cold - we requested a heater but it didn’t arrive on the first night, so we only had it on the second. Staff were very helpful.

Holiday Inn Express Norwich by IHG
Very small hotel parking, which charges £5/night. Much larger car park next doors. We had a very slow check in with the receptionist doubling up as a waiter whilst trying to check us in (????). Wensum Valley Hotel Golf & Country Club
Expedia…. I accidentally put the wrong dates in for my stay, and I only realised once I’d booked, basically the wrong month.. When I tried to amend it they wouldn’t, they told me to cancel my booking (with no refund) and re book.. so I never actually stayed and the hotel got paid tegardless

The Old Chapel , Contemporary Accommodation
I was worried about the downstairs bedroom being cold and I messaged the host. He replied straight away and sent round a heater. Turns out I didn’t need it - once the heating kicked on the basement was toasty warm. We did run out of toilet paper and there were no pods for the washing machine but ...

Central location. Staff had everything clean and for the price it was well worth it. Would recommend for solo to couples traveling
