  • A 4-bedroom, 2-bath Hollywood, FL home for up to 8 guests with a private unheated pool and fenced backyard. The Seminole Hard Rock is 10–15 minutes away. Smart TVs in every room, in-unit laundry and a 6–8 seat table make it a fit for monthly stays, two families and casino weekends.

    The living room, dining table and kitchen share one open space, with an L-shaped sectional facing the smart TV. Out back, a newly installed pool sits in a fully fenced yard with outdoor seating and a grill. Four bedrooms, each with a smart TV, sleep 8 in Hollywood, FL, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

    GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
    ★ Setting: a residential street in Hollywood, FL. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night so the neighbors stay happy.
    ★ Pool: the pool is not heated. It is an in-ground pool about 4 ft deep, so expect cool water in the winter months.
    ★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 8 guests; a two-queen room, two queen rooms and a room with two twin-over-full bunks.
    ★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Pets must be disclosed before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
    ★ Fees: early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may carry an extra fee.
    ★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check. The booking guest must be 25 or older. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.

This house is simply great!

This house is simply great! Me and my family stayed for 6 nights and we absolutely had the most fun in the house. The house had everything we needed and more. Pool was the best part since it was heated. Highly recommend this place, very peaceful neighborhood.

The location was great!

First of all, the home was BEAUTIFUL!! Secondly, the hosts were VERY responsive and responded quickly every time I sent them a message. The house was thoroughly stocked with everything we would have possibly needed during our stay and some! The location was great! (Only 4-5 mins away from Walmart)This air bnb host definitely set the bar and standard high for any future air bnb property we stay at in the future. I would 10/10 recommend!!

Super happy to stay there again

Everything was exactly like it was on the pictures. Loved all the Fancy stuff they had. It was room enough for 14 people. We were 6 adults and it was 4 empty beds. A/C was super cold,all amenities were perfect. Super happy to stay there again later on with my eyes closed will do it! Thank you Mark, Mevon and Ivy for checking on us all the time.

This place is gorgeous!

My sister's comment upon opening the door - this place is gorgeous! The decor is modern and attractive and the house is outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay. OMG the communication! They made sure we got in as stated, checked in to see whether we needed anything (what could that be?) and remained available to quickly respond on the one occasion that we needed to reach out with a question. The home is so nice it made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay whether you're inside streaming or on the patio taking in a little nature. Plenty of retail and grocery shopping a stone's throw away and quick access to the interstate so you can get everywhere in no time at all. We'll keep this on the list for future visits to South Florida. These are super, super hosts!
