Centrally located in Holly Springs, Waterfront Wonder is the perfect spot for a weekend away or for those checking out the RTP area! Take in the incredible lakefront views from the new deck, listen to the birds sing, or fish or kayak right out of the back yard gate (fishing rods and two kayaks provided). The neighborhood is quiet, and houses are spread out to allow peace and privacy without losing the neighborhood feel.

Let your pets and kids stretch their legs in the large, fenced yard or with an evening stroll. Tranquil, lake views tempt you to rock away the day in the hammock or enjoy a game of bocce in the yard. Spend your nights curled up the fire (either inside or out), cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, or working (if you must) in the office space.
Waterfront Wonder was designed with both short and longer term stay guests in mind, providing all the essentials and amenities (and some you didn’t know you needed!).

The Space
Pet-friendly, comfy and well-stocked with three bedrooms and two baths, fully stocked kitchen plus a grill, heat and A/C, fast WiFi, Smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, fire pit and memory foam mattresses, you can enjoy all the amenities of home.

Waterfront Wonder is less than 2 miles to downtown Fuquay Varina and 3 miles from downtown Holly Springs for checking our restaurants, shops, salons, breweries and yoga, plus essentials like grocery stores and Target!

You have full and private access to the entire home, property and amenities, including the 3-car garage for parking and storage needs.

The house was just perfect for our family with remote working adults, school-age kids and a dog. It is close to school, grocery stores, restaurants and kid-friendly activities. The house is stocked with everything a family would need. The kids loved the kayaks and fishing in the pond.

The home was such a cozy home with a beautiful backyard overlooking the pond. It was very tranquil. It has lots of updates and has pretty much everything you need. We felt right at home form the time we took our first step into it. The host checked in to make sure everything was going well and was readily available if we needed anything. Wonderful stay at Waterfront Wonder

This was the perfect location for staying while attending our daughter's Medical School graduation. We were able to relax in the quiet neighborhood, fishing and kayaking on the lake.

Peaceful retreat

Waterfront Wonder was such a lovely peaceful retreat for our family! It was exactly as listed, very clean, well equipped to cook meals, and the water view was so wonderful from inside and outside. The wildlife was great to see and our pup enjoyed sitting in front of the sliding glass door looking out over the lake, and she loved sitting on the outdoor dog bed on the deck. The yard was the perfect place for her to roam. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood and close to restaurants and necessities. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions during our stay. .

Perfect in every way!

Our hosts were excellent and over delivered on their hospitality. They clearly care about their guests’ experience and truly care about the maintenance of their property. They thought of every detail to make the house a home during our stay, down to putting out dog beds and providing water and food bowls for our puppy. Although we didn’t need them, there was a high chair and pack and play available, literally anything you could think of - including fishing poles and kayaks for the lake. My husband enjoyed fishing everyday. The house was clean and in perfect condition. The pantry was stocked, including with coffee! The neighborhood felt self and is convenient to local shopping. The area is closely located to many amenities. We spent a lot of our evenings at Ting Park, watching college baseball; however, the dining scene is incredible and let’s not leave out golf. This area, this home and these hosts are a hidden gem! We highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was in a quiet neighborhood and so serene to watch the loons and ducks swim on the lake. It met all of our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything you would need

The property had more kitchenware, bathroom things, utensils, laundry soap… literally everything you would need available! We were so impressed!! Extremely nice owners who answered our questions immediately and checked on us during our stay. The cutest house with a great yard and view. Would highly recommend!!
