Nestled amidst the sand dunes, this oceanfront haven offers you seclusion, allowing you to escape the usual hustle and bustle as you stroll or bike along the charming Ocean Boulevard, leading to nearby shops and restaurants.

Inside, you'll discover four spacious bedrooms seamlessly connected to a sun-drenched family room through an open-concept kitchen. Every corner of the house offers captivating ocean views, whether you're preparing a meal, unwinding in the family room, or awakening in one of the two oceanfront bedrooms. The property boasts modern amenities, from flat-screen TVs to Bluetooth speakers for your favorite tunes. The well-appointed kitchen comes fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and sink. Don't feel like cooking? A quick call can secure your reservations for a delightful seaside meal.

Outside, a generously sized deck beckons for outdoor gatherings and sun-soaked relaxation. A convenient beach walkway features an outdoor shower and hose for sandy clean-ups, while fishing enthusiasts can clean their catch at the designated sink. Evenings can be savored beneath the house, where a grill and seating area await, offering the perfect backdrop for grilled steaks or freshly caught fish, paired with friendly conversation.

Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a storage room stocked with a playpen, beach toys, and beach chairs. If you require more beach essentials, rentals for chairs and umbrellas are readily available.

We extend a warm invitation for you to immerse yourself in the unspoiled beauty of Topsail Island, where uncrowded, pristine beaches and the soothing rhythm of the ocean await. Ample parking is available with space for two vehicles in the carport area and additional parking in the driveway.

Not clean

First impression was not great. I read some reviews that were excellent about the cleanliness. When we got there, the rugs were dirty, furniture dusty, windowsills dirty, top of the refrigerator dirty, sand under beds. Overall not clean. WONT BE RETURNING.

Great stay

The property was well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and tools. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. We had 3 kids and 4 adults as well as an older dog. I didn't realize there were so many stairs, which was fine for us, but the dog took a while with his old hips. We enjoyed the small touch tank that was close by. We also liked looking for shells around the beach and chasing crabs at night.

Terrific location and house for small family gathering

This house had all that me, my wife, our 4 year-old, and her parents needed. Terrific location several miles south of the bridge; not too far isolated to make quick trips to Surf City inconvenient. Wide beach. The house could use a deep clean after peak season ends, though we felt perfectly safe a la COVID-19. Hope to stay there again in a future year.

Amazing stay.

Property was exactly as described. Great location, great beachy area, perfect sized deck. We, family of 4 (2 young adult children) and small dog, fit perfectly. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with pans, dishes, anything you'd need. We'll definitely be back in the future. No complaints.

The process of renting was very easy through Lewis. The property was clean and in a great location. I would suggest updating the deck - it is very weathered and due for replacement.

Nice, but small

Nice little house, great view. Only complaint is it’s small and bedrooms with queen beds are tight. There’s nowhere to really put things away, we ended up taking our empty suitcases back down to the car because the closet in our room was full of blankets and such. 6 adults and 2 kids made it feel very small in the house. Some of the doors were hard to close and one almost impossible, you can hear everything from every/any room, toilets were a little finicky to flush. Otherwise, nice little oceanfront house, perfect for a single family or two small families. Hosted dinner one night for extended family and the big deck and plenty of seating made it doable. Kitchen is well equipped. Walking distance to coffee shop/wine bar, puttputt, restaurant, bike rental, pier, and shops.

What a lovely place to be!

Loved the big roomy kitchen here - I love to cook and it was really nice and well stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils. The view of the ocean from inside is just enchanting. The deck outside is roomy - I did yoga every morning, sat in the sun with my friend and read for many warm hours. There's a sink to watch your shells in as you bring them from the sea. Beds were comfortable. Very close to my favorite bookstore - Quarter Moon Books and the pier. We had an absolutely lovely time and I will book this house again!

The house was very nice. The drains were slow but that's probably because prior people put sand down the drains. Water pressure was good. Careful on the deck if your barefoot due to splinters.

Beach house steps away from the beach!

The Jolly Roger Pier is less than 2 miles away so we spent the week fishing and seeing nature at its best. We caught lots of fish and saw rays, porpoise, and even a leather back turtle was seen on multiple occasions. The house is wonderfully set up to accommodate family or friends with bathrooms centrally located between the bedrooms. I am looking forward to renting this property again in the fall!!
