This property was everything I needed it to be! I was looking for a weekend escape with my dog, and this place was absolutely perfect for it. Everything was clean and easy to find and communicating with the host was so easy. I loved staying here and would love to come back next year!

Welcoming to pets. But smaller than expected. Also thought the backyard was attached to apartment but is a shared yard with many other apartments in the building. Overall everything fine. Our dogs first visit to the beach which he didn’t like. So we left early. Not sure why we got a bad review as guests. Put towels and sheets where asked and left the place as we found it.

It was so incredibly loud. I had to wear earplugs each night because I could hear the lady upstairs yelling at her dog or the AC would turn on and scare the crap out of me. Also, you must adore the person you are with because there is NO personal space

Great little spot with easy beach access. Quiet spot at the end of the street. The unit is not large, but it was perfect for a quick weekend trip. It had everything we needed, including coffee pods! :-) There were even doggie treats! Unit was clean. It looked like it have been recently remodeled. Would definitely stay again!!

It was nice, clean, and had just what we needed for a good stay! Only down side was a bungalow behind us had somebody smoking in it every morning and evening and the smell filled our room. Other than that, it was perfect!

It was very cozy. Oceanfront but didn’t read the part that u can’t see the ocean from the dunes. Next time I will look at the upper unit! Operator error I am sure. Very attentive staff - answered all my calls.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The property was located steps from the beach & had easy access to dog park areas. The only drawback was the property set up itself. On Sunday evening the upstairs renters had on loud music & there was a good bit of noise emanating from the floor above us…moving chairs/furniture and loud steps. This went on until close to midnight sad to say. So we as the renters of the lower level studio apartment…we had to endure. Not awful but not great either. Thank you for your hospitality

Great getaway

If you're looking for some R&R and a little getaway this was almost perfect. The ocean is so close and the room was right size for me and my husband. Will definitely go back.

Perfect getaway spot!

This was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to enjoy a weekend at the beach! The beach was literally steps away from our door and the apartment was exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

It was in a great location being steps from the beach! It was fine overall for sleeping, but we felt as if the property could have been a little bit cleaner. The linens and towels were nice and clean, but I could tell an animal had recently been there.

Super nice & convenient

We stayed the weekend here. It was really nice as pictured. Very clean. Everything we needed was there for a quick weekend trip visiting family in topsail! It was exactly like pictured. We hope to be back soon.

A little smaller than we thought would be, and no closet space or drawers for clothes. It was a great location to the ocean. It was neat for the most part, but the refrigerator was a little dirty. Still we were there only two nights, and okay for that short time. We would choose a larger apartment in the same area next time.

Hidden Gem

Perfect for a few quiet days at the beach! Unit had everything you could need. Even a few treats for my pooch! There is a really nice grassy pet area in back of units. They finished the new gazebo with private beach access while I was there. Just a few steps and you're on the beach. Will definitely be going back!
