Escape to the charming town of Topsail Beach on the serene south end of Topsail Island. Our 4-bedroom vacation retreat awaits, just two blocks away from top-notch restaurants and entertainment.

Step inside and discover a world of comfort and style. The living space boasts beautiful LVT flooring, a modern granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a convenient outdoor gas grill for unforgettable culinary experiences. A spacious master suite awaits on the first floor along with a queen guest room and a second guest room with twin bunks and a convertible couch for the kiddos. A guest room on the main floor has an enclave with a desk for you to stay on top of of work... if you must!

Worried about packing linens and towels? Don't be—we include them in your stay, along with some essential paper products.

In the kitchen, we've thoughtfully stocked pantry items and kitchen essentials, and you can even use Instacart to have your groceries from Publix delivered directly to your doorstep. For fresh seafood, Lewis Seafood market is a few blocks north that gets fresh and some basic groceries. For those who enjoy culinary creativity, our "pay it forward" pantry is stocked with a variety of seasonings, condiments, and other essentials. If you find yourself with extra supplies, leave them for the next guests.

For your beach outings, we provide a beach cart and chairs, as well as a full first-aid kit for your peace of mind. While we don't provide body boards, surf gear or bikes, you can easily rent it from Sweet Dreams or 50 South Surf shop, both of which offer direct delivery to the house. Occasionally, previous renters may leave some gear, but it's not guaranteed.

Our location is perfect for sun, surf, and relaxation, just 1.5 blocks from the public beach access and a mere half-block from the public sound access.

After a fun day at the beach, explore the town's vibrant offerings. Savor a delicious meal at one of the nearby restaurants or enjoy live music and drinks at the Quarter Moon Café or the Beach Shop and Grill.

If you're feeling active, Topsail has something for everyone: a kids' playground, pickleball courts, a roller skating rink, and a putt-putt golf course. We've even provided a pickleball set and other beach games for your enjoyment. Please remember to leave everything where you found it, or replace any missing items.

Please note that during the summer season, this rental operates on a Sunday-to-Sunday schedule for your convenience.

Great house, great vacation

We had a great time, really impressed with communication and response time with the owner. The house was well stocked and close to both the beach access and restaurants. Also great sunset views from the back deck. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and will be back soon.

Quick Trip to the Beach

Home was very well appointed and as described. Lots of extras so if you forget anything, they probably have it. Love the “pay it forward” approach because the kitchen had every spice I needed! Location is very close to beach access. Great communication from the property managers. The main grocery stores are a little far (20min) so make sure to bring what you need or stop on the way in so you don’t have to drive out. Overall it was a great stay with really nice views and lots of patio areas off the living rooms and bedrooms to enjoy the sunset.

Beach vacation

Great location. Very walkable to the beach, restaurants, local shops, house was well stocked with supplies. The only negative I can even come up with is that the primary bedroom mattress had a plastic mattress cover which was noisy and made the bed warm/not breathable. Minor in the scheme of things. Great property, would definitely stay again.

Much needed beach trip

Enjoyed our stay great views all over the property and definitely came in handy being fully stocked when there were things we forgot to bring. Walk to the beach is not long but be sure you grab everything the first go. Would recommend staying here for families and groups of 4+ as there is a great deal of room. Would love to come back here in the future!

Perfect for a true getaway! We stocked up on food the day we got there and basically never left. The beach was awesome. The little shops near by were great. Hoping to make this a yearly thing :)

Beach Trip

This property was exactly as advertised! Easy walk to the beach plus view of the sound. Sunrise on the front porch, sunset on the back. Had minor issue with the dishwasher that the owner fixed very quickly. We love Topsail and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful rental home with amazing views of the sunset. There are three big balconies. Very spacious, comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. Living room has comfortable sofa with a big TV, lots of board games. The owners are very friendly and responsive via cell phone. Short walk to the beach and town center. Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We loved our stay and would visit again.

Beautiful home

We had an amazing time. Best of both worlds with access to the sound and ocean. We love south topsail and I love all close the house is to stores and food, literally a short 2 minute walk. We had a blast! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The house, location and town was perfect. Short walk to the beach short walk to the bay for fishing. The town had a lot to do and the stores were very conveniently located. Definitely booking next year.
